When you visit an outlet such as this for the first time you expect it to be great as this is a cafe that has opened up fairly recently. Not in my experience. I asked if I could have very a bacon sandwich for my wife as she does not like Brioche rolls, also ok rendered her a tea but to leave the ta bag out of the cup. The tea came with the tea bag in which meant it was to strong (horrible) the sandwich? was a joke, two slices of white bread with 1 piece of cold bacon in it. No butter. I took it back and asked for a refund. I initially asked if the bacon could be crispy but this seemed to be beyond their capabilities. I was also informed extra bacon would cost £1 more. I also ordered a Latte it tasted horrible. I gave the girl a £10 note and this is the change I got. They called the tea (Tetley tea bag) a speciality tea @ £1.29 and charged £2.29 for the bacon sandwich. The receipt shows bacon and egg sand, I took this to mean sandwich. I doubt very much if I would go there again, they offer a survey and for completion you get a hot good as long as you buy a beverage. We went to McDonald's and the lady in there (Liz) was brilliant, crispy bacon on a roll no problem and their coffee Latte is far superior along with a loyalty sticker on the cup.

I love me a good Timmy's, especially in Canada - so I'm well happy that they're opening up franchises in the UK. The quality and taste is virtually the same. HOWEVER - the staff and customer service isn't. Tim Horton's is famed for its amazing service and speed, but these guys are anything but. Incredibly slow service and they seem to run out of things all the time. They were really rude to the couple before me in the queue, there's no need for that. Even a basic double double and a 10 pack of Timbits took them ages to dispense. I went there on another day and walked out after 10 minutes after the queue didn't move one metre. Fire the entire staff and replace them with better people ... and I think this franchise'll do just fine.

Normally I don't mind popping into Tim Horton for a quick bite to eat and a coffee, but unfortunately the service and food leave space for improvement. As a vegetarian I ordered 2 of the vegan wrap meals, a maple latte and a hot chocolate to take away. When I got home I was disappointed to see that the latte was just a coffee, no maple syrup, and the wraps had two bits of fake chicken and two slices of tomato with some mayo. If I wasn't so hungry I would've laughed. I would maybe avoid if you have dietary requirements and go somewhere where the service is quicker and the food better.

Always quick service, used them with the Too Good To Go bags too and there is always a good selection. Staff are always friendly.

Posted the above almost a year ago, and can certainly say it does not still apply! The whole atmosphere is strange, the staff just staring but not speaking which is frankly uncomfortable and awkward, orders consistently wrong, I even started ordering on the self service kiosks because I thought surely if it's printed out there would be less chance of any mistakes but much to my dismay I was wrong. When having to take the order back and communicate what was wrong, we were met with blank stares as if we'd just done cartwheels across the counter. Frappes are always lukewarm instead of chilled and always far too sweet, the syrup is overpowering. We had originally planned to sit in, but the table was wobbly to the point it would genuinely not stay still even with no items on it, a staff member seen this and walked in our direction, making direct eye contact the whole time, then took a sharp right and just whizzed by? The floor was filthy and food underneath the table, so combined with the lack of stability from the table and the staff, we left. I would much rather pay the extra and go to Costa where I know I'd be satisfied with my purchase, rather than waste almost £15 on a wrong and frankly...

Dreadful service, almost every time I go here, I pay for the food, wait 10 minutes for it only to then be told they're out of something that I'm waiting on... I've already paid for it (usually potato wedges, one of the only reasons anyone goes here) by this time I've been in the place for upwards of 15 minutes only to be told they don't have what I've already paid for... Why can't the moron who's in charge of the food tell the moron who's in charge of taking orders what they actually have? I have a half hour lunch break only to waste half of that waiting on food that isn't coming. Dreadful. The average age of the staff appears to be around 16 & as you'd expect at that age, they are borderline retarded. Won't be back. Shame really as the food is decent and it's conveniently located next to my work but can't waste any more time being disappointed by the break down in communication between moron one & moron two. You also wait ages to be served despite the fact there's always more people behind the counter than waiting in front of it yet the up to 9 of them can't cook a potato wedge between...
