One of the worst examples of this restaurant chain I’ve encountered. The starters were utterly uninspired. The meatballs tasted as if they’d been simmered in canned tomato sauce without so much as a whisper of seasoning—essentially just unseasoned lumps of minced meat. The bruschetta was rock hard, as though it had been toasted with the sole purpose of challenging dental insurance policies. As for the cutlery? A true masterpiece of mediocrity. Initially, we were given utensils that could have been sourced from the bargain bin of a welfare charity. Upon raising the issue, they “upgraded” us to a mismatched selection of five different styles, as if to emphasize their lack of attention to detail. The main courses? Marginally edible, but hardly worth the effort. Overall, unless you’re looking for a laughably bad dining experience or a conversation starter about poor restaurant management, there’s absolutely no reason to visit this establishment.

Very disappointed with the food and shoddy service today. We went here once before and it was very good. This time it was terrible. The salads were dry and the portion size was miserable. The chef squirted some balsamic glaze around the plate rim which was neither use nor ornament. They forgot our side orders of chips which we had to chase up and they arrived when we finished our salads. The chips were like a child's portion with around 10-12 chips in each bowl.  Chips were priced at £6.90 for 2 bowls. Outrageous. Staff were all miserable, nobody cared about the bad service and the waitress was having a smashing time dropping and crashing plates en route to the kitchen. Awful. Never again.

Popped in about 8.30 after a couple of hours on the ice rink. From the menu we choose Jimmy's style half & half pizza & pasta. Four of us had Bolognia pizza and spaghetti carbonara . One had full pizza of chicken. Service with a smile from Abbie and after our meal chef Paul came over asking how our food was and we all chatted. Paul chatted with passion about the food he served and was pleasing to listen to. The bill came to £69.65... There is an optional 5% service charge. We choose not to opt for this. When we are in East Kilbride again, we will be eating again here. Keep up the cheery customer attitude Paul & Abbie.

Fabulous meal loads of choice for all the family but the ribs have got to be the best ( I know not maybe very Italian ) the meat just fell of the bones the chips were piping hot and plenty of them. So many pasta and pizza options the rest of the family shared three other mains ( I made it clear the ribs were mine but I did share my chips ) no room for dessert but I did share a very nice cocktail with my daughter all drinks served up beautifully as well. Staff were really lovely especially the lady who greeted us at the entrance ( sorry your name escaped me.) Certainly we will return when we come back to Scotland in...
