With Wetherspoons, you know what you get. Staff are pretty good. Always go for food with a quick turn over. Steaks, Burgers, Pizza, baked potatoes etc. However leave pasta's, macaroni cheese😋 , in my opinion probably worse than tinned macaroni🤮. Sorry guys, I don't think it's staff fault. It's the same in the town(Glasgow City Centre) or anywhere else. As anyone who has been to a Wetherspoons pub will know they're not very good at making pasta. Chips aren't brilliant either. Though the same as any other Wetherspoons. 🍺, 🍻 , 🥃 etc. are reasonably priced. I like to variate between here & the Exchange. Especially when either is busy. You're never going to get a great pub in a shopping centre like East Kilbride. Some people are never happy with anything like the heating, people are usually too hot or cold. Don't know why 1 of the previous dinners even mentioned that🤥, never found much of a problem with that in here. Crooked Lum, just across from t/centre was a little different though 🤫 and a story for another day. I know nothing about. Toilets, why are they always upstairs or downstairs in a boozer. I dunno why🤔, baffling. Toilets are upstairs, at the middle staircase. Wetherspoons is deffinately not fine dinning, but food on a budget🤑🕺. Never been a fan of Hudson's. I think it's where Hudson's is, right next to the bus station, next door to Victor's chippy & bookies💷🏇🏇🏇🥅🥅🎰💸. oh & that famous Hudson's spiral staircase🙄🤣😂🤣. Always willing try somewhere different though. I never iam wrong though 🤥🤥🤥🤥🤥. Like the Haystook, or as I've heard it called Haystacks. 🙄🤭🙊....

Going into the haystock it was a Saturday afternoon the tables were covered in plates empty glasses It wasn't just one or two tables everywhere you looked around the bar inside was covered in them It didn't look good Getting served going outside sitting outside the tables were actually worse outside than inside It just looked a total disgrace a mess You had barman coming outside with people's drinks and not taking any of the plates and napkins empty glasses away from the tables A old woman sat down at a table with plates that still had chips on it She opened her bag and started putting the chips from the plate into her bag And anything else that was still on the plates Then she went inside and you could actually see her sitting down at other tables and doing the same inside Yes you have a great variety of different beers and ales at great prices Refillable coffee and tea from the machine next to the bar Plenty of different varieties of different meals to pick from the menu. Went here for Lunch with my Wife on Friday 04.03.2016, this place was buzzing, struggled to find a table but finally found one, the table was not cleaned or the dirty dish which was left by the previous customer removed, no menu on the table we had to ask the table next to us if we could borrow theirs which they kindly gave us, we knew what we wanted from the menu, when to the counter and ordered my lunch, either the staff could not hear me or I was not loud enough to state what I wanted - I ordered two Fish and Chips with two coffees, paid by card gave my table number and went back to the table and checked the receipt and I thought what I had purchased was a good deal £8.00 in total then I looked closely at the receipt it was only for one person, I went immediately went back to the girl who served me and told her it was two meals not one, she apologised and put through another payment of £7.19 for another meal - I think I have been diddled out of the promotion on this as this deal would come under Fish Friday - We will certainly go back as we like...
