Subway — Restaurant in Scotland

Terrible service. I am honestly shocked at the lack of respect that the staff in this shop had. I was stared at as I came in the shop and spoken to like I had just slapped one of them. The two servers talked to each other the whole time, completely ignoring me. They looked so mad at me for ordering something. Hygiene 1/5: They made 2 salads with different ingredients wearing the same gloves. With the same gloves they touched CHICKEN, steak and cheese bites.

Order 2/5: In comparison with Glasgow and Motherwell subway the salads were not as fresh and value of price. Less lettuce and spinach (almost not existed). Still edible.

Staff 1/5: It was pretty obvious that they didn't want to serve the customers (especially the lady behind the counter) but we noticed massive difference of behaviour depends the ethnicity of the costumers and...

I have just received my order. I opened my salad box and I was really disappointed I hardly had any items that I ordered plus the spinach was missing. My friend open her salad to find out she only had 1 cucumber and a salad that was over powered with onion probably to disguise the lack of cucumber or chicken. I had to phone just eat to have a drink refunded as it was also missing from my order. I will never order from here again and I would not recommend this subway to anyone.
