Came here after dinner. We just wanted to go to a dessert place instead of having it in the same restaurant as dinner because that's just too old school! Inside, What the Fudge is decorated to everybody's taste. The interior is modern and tastefully decorated. There's a mix of booth style seating and some standard mid-market cafe tables. Normally I don't like these places because the portions are just too big and that much sugar is just ... well ... too much sugar. So I went half on a Caramel, fudge and vanilla ice cream waffle(?) with one of my friends. Someone else ordered a Ferrero Roche Waffle and can't remember what else. The waffles came to us quickly within about 5 minutes, lovely warm and fluffy, just the way it should be. Good thing I went half because I actually enjoyed it for a change. All the desserts elicited praise, so kudos for that.

Great service we came all the way from Manchester and Rebecca was exceptional with her customer service made us feel welcome and answered any questions we had she is a credit to the business. I would highly recommend this place. With Rebecca at the helm they have a very hardworking person on hand. We ordered 3 sundaes 2 large and 1 regular. I went for the tropicana and so did my mate and the other one went for a chocolate one can't remember it's name and he loved it, so did we with our ones. The inside of this place has been decorated to a high standard really impressed. Keep up the high standards and give your staff a bonus as they have been exceptional.

Our experience was marred a little bit by the "rude-polite" girl behind the counter who served us the dessert. She told us that we had "5 minutes to finish up" as she had customers waiting. Maybe they should make that clear when seating customers - that there's a time limit. We were half way through our drinks (which we got on top of the ice creams) when we got this count down. Kinda left a bad taste when leaving. Overall, this place is okay if you want something extremely sweet and layered with every sickly-sweet sauce known to man!

Went here on the hype its been getting and you know what they say "don't beleive the hype". First it's worth pointing out it was a Saturday night, so it was really busy. Which is a good thing for a business right? Not for these guys, they don't know how to cope. Staff were pleasant but had no idea how to organise or coordinate the queue, people were clearly seated before us when they came after us. People were complaining about this, fell on deaf ears. Once we got sat down we had to join the mass queue again to order our desserts. When they half arrived it took 3 attempts to remind them we were missing half the order. To our dismay the booth next to ours who ordered after us were waiting on the same dessert and got theirs before us, yep like i said no organisational skills. The falooda is a firm flop so dont order it, my banoffee cookie dough was top notch but after the palava I experienced I wont be returning. Theme of the place expressed my sentiments, "what the...

Last night me and my friend really wanted Falooda, and their was too many options, recommended by my wife to try What The Fudge, we went there and ordered the Falooda and was super excited to try it, unfortunately This was the worst Falooda ever I have had, they have no idea on how to make Falooda, none of the ingredients in this were actually supposed to be in Falooda. It was very very disappointing and I will not be back and definitely not recommending for Falooda and we also bought What The Fudge fudge sweetie which was displayed at the counter, and when I got home before giving to kids I realised this was actually out of date and my friends kids ate the bag without checking date. Plz do check dates of items and ask how long their cakes have been displayed for...
