I recently had the pleasure of dining at Dolce Vita in the heart of Ainsdale, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew I was in for a treat.

The staff at Dolce Vita deserves special praise for their authenticity and friendliness. Despite our large group, the service was impeccable. The staff members were attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met promptly and with a smile.

I also had the pleasure of tasting my wifes fish dish, and it was an absolute delight! The crispy skin added a wonderful texture to the fish, making each bite a satisfying crunch. The accompanying vegetables were equally impressive, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The combination of the crispy fish and amazing vegtables created a harmonious and mouthwatering culinary experience. We went here in place of getting married. Yes that's right. Because of Covid we weren't getting married and fancied a nice meal. What a meal it was! Straight away the staff were amazing! We was delayed in getting there and they were happy to accommodate us. We were greeted at the door and shown to our table. Straight away you could tell this was a fine restaurant because of the decor and the attentiveness of the staff. They were so nice to even give us a small bottle of prosecco on the house for our should be occasion. We then proceeded to our meal. Our starters were the bruschetta and the anti pasto board. We was amazed by the quality of food in an instant and was presented beautifully! Our mains were even better! I ordered the ribeye steak with Diane sauce and my partner the chicken in a white wine sauce (customised as she didn't like mushrooms). The food was just ounce for ounce incredible. Every single bite had so much flavour and was cooked to perfection. Could not recommend this restaurant enough. Top quality food and top quality service. Will be returning! Again and again.

If you want to be well looked after the staff here were just outstanding. They complimented my partners attire which is how they learned of our wedding arrangements. They checked on us regularly and made sure we had a top night! Flawless...

Came for a meal with 'keep fit' Ladies today, but, was very disappointed with the meal and the grumpy attitude of some of the staff. I had hardly sat down when a member of staff came over and asked if I wanted a drink and I asked for a small glass of white wine for which they said that would be £5.20. I was disappointed to have to hand over money at that time, as I was eating my starter. I could have paid for this after my meal!

I had pre-ordered my meal and was told the fish would be cod loin, two of the staff approached the table one said this is cod and one said this is seabass, I said which is it and member of staff said it was definitely cod loin, it was actually seabass. I hadn't ordered seabass and it was full of bones!! Also with main meal one very small stem of broccoli and 2 tiny potatoes, (not impressed)!!

Usually love to visit your Restaurant, but today's experience was poor!
