05.06.2021. Food usually good. However this evenings order was wrong with main meals mixed up and missed out. Starters missing. Called the restaurant and they just argued, the customer is obviously wrong as a matter of policy, restaurant sent out missing onion bhajis but not samosas. Without the ability to pull up the order on just eat there was no way to challenge. I won't be ordering from them again. Expensive order and big family meal spoiled. Update 06.06.2021 restaurant sent delivery man with copy of receipt, guy was really polite and decent. Receipt at least showed I hadn't been charged for some main meals I had ordered which were not delivered. However, this did nothing to address the missing, incorrect items sent out, or the still missing samosas which I was charged for. Still felt like restaurant trying to "show" me how I was in the wrong. Sometimes guys it is just better to apologise and ask the poster to remove their posting. (edit on the 08.06.2021 I guess this poor posting stays up then. You are right of course, I will never be happy with your previous response, a simple apology and a simple question "what can we do do to make this right for you?" would have worked...

Ordered online an hour to hr half before,to be delivered for a set time as we were travelling home from a 3 hr drive. Got a text 10 mins after it's due to say it would be late, then another 10 mins another text. Shows on the Just Eat App its due over an hour late!! Called restaurant to be spoken to a very rude person telling us just because we ordered if a set time they don't deliver it at said set time!! Puzzled we asked to speak to the Manager, couldn't get a word in edgeways, also heard the 1st person say they want to cancel, we didn't. Manger wasn't interested told us never to book a time on Just Eat as that's a Just Eat thing not a restaurant thing and expect to wait at least an hour and half when ordering food on a Fri and Sat. We have before and never had to wait that long!! Manger just didn't care, wouldn't let us speak and basically told us tough, you'll have to wait. If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. Ordered takeaway at 6pm for Father's Day dinner. I expected a bit of a wait. Several calls made before we got the food at 9.30pm!!!! 9.30!!!! We had an update by text saying 'food was delivered'...errr....nope...so rang restaurant..."it's on its way" they said...but still hadn't arrived an hour later. Rang restaurant again..."driver messed up". What? He'd soiled himself? Taken the blue pill instead of the red? What do you mean???? Food arrived but Chicken Tikka Makhanwalla was very tomato based not beige, creamy or cheesy and the Chicken Tikka Masala tasted and looked exactly the same. Same dish??? Extremely annoyed at the time it took - the excuse being "It's Father's Day". We weren't ordering a banquet... nor for all the fathers in Crosby and Waterloo! It was simply 4 mains and a naan. Won't EVER order from you again. Food cost £48. Utter disgrace. No offer of a refund or partial refund after...
