Booked for Father's day and paid £30 deposit. This wasn't refunded when the bill was presented and I had to call them and visit in person and explain we had been overcharged, which the restaurant at first refused saying it would have been taken off the bill when it clearly wasn't. Staff were tipped 10% £19 and should have demanded a refund of this due to the oversight of the bill being wrong and the attitude of staff. Me and my family are local to the area, and dine out regularly, but will not be dining here again after this experience and the attitude of staff when this issues was raised. Food was also only mediocre, I had shared the mixed grill for £46 and some of the meat was poor quality, including thin slices gammon.
