Greek Taverna — Restaurant in Sefton

Booked for Father's day and paid £30 deposit. This wasn't refunded when the bill was presented and I had to call them and visit in person and explain we had been overcharged, which the restaurant at first refused saying it would have been taken off the bill when it clearly wasn't. Staff were tipped 10% £19 and should have demanded a refund of this due to the oversight of the bill being wrong and the attitude of staff. Me and my family are local to the area, and dine out regularly, but will not be dining here again after this experience and the attitude of staff when this issues was raised. Had a table booked for 7.30pm, when we arrived we were told that the table wouldnt be ready for another 20 minutes, it was very busy so we thought, ok we don’t mind the wait, an hour later we were still waiting, when we were eventually seated the waiting staff seemed to be arguing among themselves which resulted in our plates literally being thrown onto the table while they continued to argue amongst themselves, to be fair the food when it finally arrived was very good, but the service was atrocious which is a shame because it spoilt the evening, we have been to this restaurant many times since it has been here and normally the service is very good, but this bad experience means that we will not...

Travelled all the way from Manchester to eat some authentic Greek food with my family. Now where do I begin? First there is nothing Greek about it owned by a kurdish guy run by Turkish people the food was the worse experience I have ever endeavoured.
