They changed our booking by 1 1/2 hours which was an issue because one of our party was a small child. We were seated right by the door which meant gusts of wind were coming in every couple of minutes. After mentioning this twice we were moved. My grandson asked for an orange. I told the waitress who was standing right next to me that he should have the blackcurrant but he was served the orange. The rest of our party were served their mains courses but mine failed to arrive and worse still no explanation was given. Eventually 15 mins and 3 members of staff later I was told that my meal was being recooked as the first one had been overcooked. After just over 20 mins I was served an unappetising, tasteless overcooked pork fillet which was too tough to cut even with a steak knife. They offered to cook me another meal but by that time most of our party had nearly finished. They removed my flavourless food rather abruptly. Just before we left They gave me a bottle of house red. A cheap wine which was not as nice as I buy for £5 in the supermarket hardly compensated me for leaving hungry and for such a disappointing evening. If they had even not charged us for one of the two bottles that we had bought that might have been something. Follow up - Off course I did not want to wait for you to cook me another meal when the rest of our party had almost finished, especially when we were already much later than planned. First time to try this restaurant after seeing a video review of the place. So first impression as I walked through the door nice and clean place, some cool American artwork on the wall also greeted by the manager at the door. All the staff are friendly and welcoming which makes for a nice atmosphere. The menu has a good selection of various dishes to appeal to must people.

We opted for some starters and got the Chilli cheese bites and Garlic bread with cheese. When it arrived it was certainly a good first impression, the garlic bread with cheese was great. The chilli cheese bites didn't really have much flavour to them.

So now for the mains went for the Dixy chicken and the Atomic Rooster Pizza. The Dixy chicken was cooked perfectly but it had no flavour the batter was very bland, needed some seasoning to give it some flavour. The pizza was well cooked as well and a good quality but the pizza was not spicy which I thought it would be. The fries were really nice, maybe we needed to try something else from the menu to appreciate the food abit more. May give it another try but would certainly order something completely different and see if it tastes better to ensure it wasn't just the...

Went to this restaurant for my mother in laws 50th birthday on 16.2.22, Night started out great good atmosphere, waitress was maybe a little bit unwelcoming but we werent going to let it ruin the night!

The problems didnt start till 2am the following morning where 8 out of 13 of the people eating there are all stricken with food poisoning... we know its them as we only eat meat if were dining out!!

I then rang up to warn them that they have caused this harm to a handful of adults as well as an elderly lady and two young girls of 4 years old!! I was responded to by the manager, who im pretty sure wasnt the manager i met on wensday, by being abruptly critisized for just being after "money back" even though i told him i just wanted an apology.... dont take your kids here, if you want food poisoning thats ok but dont make your kids suffer this establishment!!

Side note, the "manager" admitted to me that he cant have give me food poisoning because the cod and chips i had as well as 90% of the produce is cooked from frozen.... failing to realise every good dad will finish off their daughters...
