I took my bf and his family and we had 5 main menu, 4 side dishes - Korean marinated beef, Jeyuk Bokkum, Vegan Tofu, Chapchae noodle, Bossam, Tteok-kkochi, Kim mari, Kimchi Style Salad, Cabbage Kimchi (didn’t take pictures of all menu we had, I got too exited to eat). As one of the family is vegetarian, we ordered mix of Vegan menu and non-Vegan menu. Every menu we had was amazing and authentic! Everyone really enjoyed the food, even my bf’s parents who have never tried Korean food before. Loved that they serve Banchan - stuff like blanched/pickled veggies - along with the main menu (Korean spirit)❤️Staffs are very friendly, atmosphere is great. Highly recommended, and I would like to visit again when I’m around 👍👍

Searched for something different for the evening meal in Southport this came up with a high rating and was something different to standard burgers or fish and chips. Right away staff meeting upon entry and letting you sit anywhere is a bonus. I only have a photo of the starter which was sweet soy fried chicken which was absolutely delicious the batter on the chicken was light and crispy and when rubbed in with the sauce very tasty. I think it's the best fried chicken I've had this year. The main came with loads of meat a very generous portion size something you feel has been missing with most restaurants in the last few years. Definitely recommend will hopefully return one day.

Honestly the firm that was some serious triple double Peng scran wow get yourself in this gaff rapid.

Heavenly aromas from the get go, had some west complimentary barley tea which was a bit mad but get us out the comfort zone keep us on our toes n tha yea respect; anyway had some heavy fried dumpling business which was a madness proper dark spicy sauces for serving yeah massive proper yummy swear down.

Old man had some mad rice n salad n beef sticky rice business, said it was phat but not a massive fan of the part hot part cold but get a grip dad part of the culture lad said the flavours were levels anyway so yeah crack on big foods n tha.

I’m still on a vegan one so had them tofu noodles, sweet sticky umami selection like tasting Aphrodite herself man yeah serious, piping hot n warmed my soul this December night.

Service was rapid front of house bare friendly n some good looking blokes cheffing up a madness in the back

Asahi on tap can’t go wrong lar.

Heading kip now serious food coma head pillow gone innit.

Get down Korean kitchen or I’ll get my foot through ya...

I've been wanting to try this place since they had a small takeaway shop in birkdale with a few tables ( I think ) because all I ever heard was amazing reviews ! They've obviously moved forwards as now have a lord street restaurant and we finally had a chance to go yesterday because our daughter was at a school disco ! So Tuesday night 7.30 ish and we had no thoughts of pre booking but we arrived to a full restaurant however the kind gentleman who greeted us said there would hopefully be a table in 10 minutes . As we were leaving several groups tried to come in but all tables reserved ( obviously a good sign because I don't know anywhere fully booked on a Tuesday night ) we got seated and the staff were amazing and it's such a nice atmosphere . I'm a fan of this kind of food so possibly bias but it was amazing as all recommendations have said ❤️ Korean kitchen is my new favourite place in Southport and there are so many more dishes I look forward...

My brother loves everything Korean, and has been studying it for years, he was delighted to get a chance to eat here and loved the authentic cuisine, rather than the fusion stuff that you usually get in this part of the country. The food is beautifully presented and you come away feeling like you have ate something healthy, filling and vibrant. The only issue for me is the smell which lingered on my coat for weeks, but I do have a sensitive nose. This was my first time tasting authentic Korean food, and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to try it. My brother loves the food here, sadly I don’t have a quality pallet and I am much more at home with a hamburger, but I would say that this place is one of the most authentic world food restaurants you will find in the north west, and it is a delight...
