7 Grills Mediterranean Steak House — Restaurant in Sheffield

We visited on Saturday 27th.. 11 of us, with 2 kids...We had a really good evening and will definitely be back! The food was absolutely delicious – everything we tried was well cooked, full of flavour, and really tasty. The Lamb chops were excellent and the filet steak cooked perfectly, you can tell the kitchen puts a lot of care into what they serve. A couple of dishes weren’t available, which was a little disappointing, but it’s clear the restaurant is quite new and still getting settled. Once those teething problems are sorted, I think this place will be fantastic.

The service really made the evening – our waiter was brilliant! He was so friendly, attentive, full of banter and just a nice guy.. He genuinely made us feel welcome.

The only little negatives were the limited tonic options, with the restaurant being situated where it is, in my opinion, they can charge a bit more and offer a more premium tonic choice to go with their large gin selection... The chocolate cake was a bit of a let down, it really was dry. The homemade tiramisu on the other hand was, according to my dad "excellent". This is a great spot with so much potential, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for tasty food and excellent service. We went to celebrate two birthday and were blown away by the excellent service, delicious, good sized portions, and beautiful decore.

The staff gave us lush olives and focaccia for the table, and couldn’t do enough to help. We needed gluten-free and garlic-free food for a couple of members in the party, and as the food was cooked fresh, it was no problem at all. The chef even came out to double check the ingredients he was planning to use to cook the fish.

The meat (steak and chicken) fish (sea bream), and chips were cooked to perfection, as were the meatballs. Food came with fresh salads too - it was so good!

One of the business owners who was working during our visit (I think she was called Lavinia ?) threw in for free some sort of scrummy frittatas- they were seriously good- and were a homemade recipie .

They even sang happy birthday whilst bringing out a slice of cake for the birthday boy and girl.

I tried the chicken wings, shrimp, and calamari, and honestly, everything was delicious. The wings were really crispy and full of flavour, the shrimp tasted fresh and juicy, and the calamari was cooked just right tender with a nice crunch. You could tell the food was freshly made and prepared with care.

What really stood out to me as well was how clean the restaurant was. The tables, floors, and even the little details like the cutlery and restrooms were spotless, which made the whole experience feel even better. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, always checking in without being intrusive, and that made the atmosphere feel really warm and relaxed.
