I was passing by on the ecclesial road today and felt a desperate need to use the toilet. I went to the toilet in this venue and when I came out a found a man standing on the door asking me why i used the toilet. I explained it to them that I was desperate and I was sorry but the person insisted that I will have to buy something from the restaurant now as I have used the toilet. I refused to buy and the person tried to detain me and block my way out of the toilet door and told me I could not leave until I payed. He then started pushing me being rude and aggressive. He tried to snatch my phone when I said I was gonna call the police. I had to force myself out of this and ran away successfully. Such mentally sick and dangerous people should not be allowed to run or manage public engagement places. It was very frustrating and I felt threatened and detained and it is difficult to understand that people like this still exist in the UK. I wish to follow this up with the city council and the police as this behaviour is not in any way or shape acceptable. This place is not human friendly....

🍖We tried the lamb cutlets, which were nicely cooked, though a tad bit fatty. Despite that, the overall balance of flavours in the dishes was impressive, and the presentation on the plates was visually appealing.

Honestly don’t know where to start. From the moment myself and my boyfriend went in a lovely gentleman sat us down at a table (we had pre booked) all the staff on were friendly and helpful.

The food menu was so difficult to pick from as everything sounded incredible but we both shared starters ( x3 for £20 ). The chilli squid, cheeseburger spring rolls and the jerk chicken strips. Everything was seasoned and presented beautifully. We both walked out feeling soooo full though and took takeaway boxes of our food left home, as after the starters we had a soul bowl each with a side of the Mac and cheese… This place is probably both of our favourite place to eat out now and they have set a high standard!!

The atmosphere was just what we love. The interior was modern and tasteful, the music was so good..credits to whoever was in charge of the speakers haha. And everything seemed very new and clean.
