Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Sheffield

i am a huge love of my morning coffee and costa is just down the road from me so very easy to pop in. unfortunately these past few weeks i’ve seen more of the so called ‘branch manager’ charlotte. she is very rude and disrespectful and makes mornings miserable. mornings are a very sensitive time for me as i am still half asleep and people can get under my skin very quickly. she’s so awful some mornings it ruins my day ahead . last week i bought a bun into the berklydale branch. i have had a rough couple of months so when i take anti depressant medication i like to wash it down with something sweet, this day a bun. i was very rudely shut down strait away saying i wasn’t allowed to eat the bun in the store. after my friend went to approach a table in the far corner because we wanted to get some work done in a quieter area in the store. soon after waking to this table i hear a shout i turn around and it’s none other than the branch manager herself. the other girl working with her clearly felt pressured around this ‘manager’ and looked nervous the whole time. costa in town is lovely but this one needs to...

I took my 82 year old Mum to This costa yesterday to enjoy a coffee outside in the sunshine. She is visiting from Canada and loves the flat white coffees from costa. Well - I was told they don’t use proper cups and saucers after a certain time - at least that was what was inferred - I didn’t think anything at the time but as I brought the takeaway cups out to my mum - her face fell and said oh they won’t taste the same - and in fact they didn’t - because they were not flat whites they were lattes - I was tired from working all day so we just had a sip or two and left - experience completely spoilt. But was fuming when we got home both at myself for not saying anything and at the laziness of the server for ruining what should have been a lovely time out for my Mum who had been alone all day. I will go in and complain personally as well as on reading very similar reviews it makes me think that nobody actually reads these reviews ! Because clearly it happens...

Ordered 2 drinks and handed over 2 wraps. Asked for the drinks to be extra hot as we were taking out. As the second drink was being poured my partner asked if it was extra hot. It wasn’t. The staff heated the remaining milk to make it a bit hotter. Mine was normal temperature despite the request. Next came the food. I had a Cajun wrap, the staff member wrote a c on the packaging, my partner had an all day breakfast wrap, b was written in. I went for my meeting, he went to continue his to do list. The staff member had mixed up the wraps so neither of us enjoyed our lunches....
