Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Sheffield

Very disappointed. At 12.45, they didn't have any sandwiches except one, chopped egg which I bought, it looked like it had been made on a conveyor belt it was so regimented, with a space on the inside all round the edges one half was mainly sliced white with none of the egg on it. They had nothing my husband would have had as he doesn't eat toasted sandwiches or buns and pastries, as he is a diabetic. The two staff were not helpful when I asked if that was all they had in the way of sandwiches or very friendly. My Latte was fine, my husband had a tea and that was okay. I then noticed the chairs were all marked or stained on the seats and quite dirty between the spindles on the chair back. I was surprised, I am sure it is a busy shop as the cafe in Sainsbury's has closed. But where food is concerned surely...

Lovely staff, lovely drinks and a clean cafe only thing I'm knocking a star off for is I felt very rushed by the staff when ordering and the cafe wasn't very busy. I was visibly wearing my staff badge and my service user also wearing his sunflower lanyard who is autistic and has a speech issue was clearly struggling to answer quick enough and therefore I had to step in and answer for him which is sad cause he likes to be as independent as possible. I always enjoy using this branch of Costa coffee, the staff are friendly and helpful, they remember my regular drink selection and always deliver the highest quality coffee. I sometimes stay in and the atmosphere is relaxing, however, I observe the staff and they work really hard wether serving customers, re stocking coffee or food items and cleaning tables or floors!! I've never seen one of them stood staring at their phone and the staff appear to have great working relationships and...
