I cannot believe what just had happened:-)It is like from comedy movie:-)We have ordered via Just Eat, part of the order was Nachos, my partner's favourite. When it arrived, there were no Nachos, so he rang them straightaway. Lady answered, we couldn't understand her at all, but we did understand we can come next time and get Nachos! No, we want them delivered, we paid for that! Her answer was NO to everything, I couldn't believe it, does she even know what customer service is? I said to her I want Nachos to be delivered, we paid for it, and she said NO and PUT THE PHONE DOWN. Ha ha, I still cannot believe this happened, I worked my whole life in customer service, cannot imagine putting phone down on customer! If anyone replies to this, please don't tell me you will try better next time or something like this, you should follow example from other companies and offer vouchers. Everything was listed for £8 something, and we were told only ‘Ignore the menu’ when we asked about the prices (no alternate prices provided). Then we had to explicitly ask what WERE the actual prices. Also asked what Saver Subs there were, and were told that we could choose any. However, at the till, we were told this wasn’t true after we explained what we had been told, and so got charged full price anyway. Person at the till also asked me a question, immediately (and before/during my response) started mouthing a conversation to who I assume was a delivery driver behind me, and so didn’t listen to my response and I was left waiting awkwardly. I had to repeat my answer after she had finished her mini conversation and repeated her question. Tables and ice dispenser were also filthy, drinks machine had no syrup in one of the drinks and gave out a vaguely tinted carbonated water. Read moreNot happy at all went into this branch today to get myself (normal) and my partner (gluten free) a sandwich for them to ask if i wanted sauce to which i said no but they put it on anyways and then went onto just scraping it off and leaving some still on they asked if thos was ok i was not happy but i was in a rush so i said ok and then only 1 of the staff changed they gloves when both handled my partners (gluten free sandwich) and then also i ordered a portion of 9 chicken bites to then get back home to find they only gave me 7 which is less then i paid for too.
I then rang the store to be told if i was able to go back downntoday they would replace it i can not get back down today as i have my little boy. So i asked of they would give me a code to give next time im in to replace the order which they said is fine but then didnt give me a code or anything and hung up the phone as though the problem was resolved...
