Domino's Pizza - Sheffield - Chapeltown — Restaurant in Sheffield

I have been ordering from this dominos for years now. About 3-4 months ago I ordered a few pizzas. One pizza had toppings and cheese that had kind of slid off the pizza which wasn't an issue at the time I understand that sometimes things like this happen. I rang up and the person I spoke with said that they had put my details into the system so that I could ring up again anytime and claim a pizza, free of charge due to the pizza that I had ordered being completely wrecked.

I have ordered from this same dominos since, and today I remembered that I hadn't claimed the pizza yet. I rang up to redeem the pizza and the manager said that there was nothing on the system regarding a free pizza. Furthermore, she said that notes on the system do not expire, but the note of my details regarding the free pizza was not on there, therefore she had already come to the conclusion that I was lying perhaps. She never outright said that she thought I was lying, but her tone was very passive aggressive, implying that she was thinking I was ringing up 'pretending' that I was owed a free pizza and she didn't offer a solution, she was moaning that 'normal people often redeem their free pizza much sooner, like the next week when they order', but they shouldn't expect me as a customer to order the next week and I was told that my free pizza was redeemable anytime when I rang up 3-4 months ago.

Probably will never order again from this place, unfortunate as the delivery drivers are always friendly, it's a shame that the manager does not know how to speak to customers. Ordered twice since my last review, pizza was top quality and the chicken wings, especially the bbq ones, were really hot and there was lots of sauce on them. I will increase my rating from one star to three as the food is good, however I will not go any higher due to the rude manager...

So I decided to preorder a couple of pizzas to be delivered at 2045/2100, as I coach my daughters footie team and training ends 2030 so Ideal time for delivery, but when it turns up at 2030 15/30 mins (why give me a choice) lucky my wife decided to stay home and was there to take in the pizzas ( heaven knows what the driver would have done with them if she had not been there).So then I open the first box and what I saw was a total mess (see pic). Waited over an hour for the supposed delivery driver to bring the food. kept claiming her was lost and had tried to call but yet had the phone never rang 🤔🤔🤔 even walked up to the main road to help and still didn't appear. finally gave up and went to collect where the so called driver was there and still had the most awkward conversation stating that he tried to find us but when questioned over it couldn't provide an answer. apparently gave us some free chicken wings (even though half of our order was vegetarian) but failed to send the garlic bread we actually ordered so it wasn't really a...
