Not impressed tbh, went a few weeks ago ordered a sharing dish which included chips and cheese. There was a huge clump of hair in it not just a strand a big lump of black/brown hair! Told the person behind the bar who did apologise which was fair enough and she did offer to get another. Then another young women came to serve it and slammed it hard on the table and said nothing she didn't even offer a discount like many other places would. I wasn't bothered about the refund in such or a discount, tbh all the food and drinks are fair priced, but it's just the principle that a good establishment would offer this under these circumstances without hesitation.There was literally barely any cheese with the chips so I asked if I could have abit more, she took it to ask someone else and they said no that's how much you get. Considering I'd just found a big lump of hair in my meal and had another brought to me and slammed on the table, I found it disgusting they couldn't even give me a little more cheese. I had showed them, there was no more than a tea spoon on literally!!! Hence why I'm now leaving this review the service... not the unwanted clump of hair in such as I'm aware mistakes happen and if I had been tret with respect I wouldn't be leaving this review. Tbh I wish I took a picture to show both the clump of hair and the tiny amount of cheese on the chips, they may aswell have not put any cheese on at all. I eventually asked for a refund because I was annoyed by this point at the service and rudeness. I did get a refund on asking.... well it turned out it wasn't even the full refund when I checked, but it was never offered, I had to ask... not a good service at all especially when the lady came and slammed it down on the table and said nothing, very rude. Shame because other than that the food eaten prior was quite nice but the service...

Absolutely shocking!! We decided to have dinner here tonight. Well I wish we hadn't. Don't get me wrong, I understand it's a pub, pretty standard food and I wasn't expecting restaurant quality. However, it was very busy, and alot of people were stood around the tables so I thought it would be easier to order table service. We were a family of 5 and ordered drinks and food on the App. Well, our food arrived, but was missing items on every dish. When we asked about the missing items we were given blank stares and asked if we had ordered them, I replied that they were part of the meal and we're supposed to come out WITH the meal. The server then disappeared and we didn't see her again, so we asked someone else. Well, the missing items eventually came out however it was about 20 minutes after we had received our food. So it was pointless. We still hadn't received our drinks by this point, even after several times of asking, so I thought I would go to the bar and ask to collect them instead. We were then told that the drinks had already been given to us. They hadnt, however they had been placed on someone else's table. Needless to say nothing was done about this, no apology. Very disappointed, all our complaints were shrugged off, not even the offer to replace the drinks that had been on someone...

Having gone in this pub since it opened like they say all good things come to a end and yesterday Thursday 21st December it did. Me and two friends came in for breakfast after 15 minutes I said it's not normally this long it must be a bad day as the lattee machine was not working when then breakfast eventually came it was obviously clap cold and had been stood as the beans were like stodge we all said we can't eat this took them back and showed the meals to a young man at back off the bar there's nothing wrong with them we've got 5 star's for food was the answer not today you haven't after more lip of him he begrudgingly gave us a refund.
