Shocking service ! Hair found in food and unclean buildings

Me and my daughter visited this store when it first opened back in August where we got the best service I’ve ever received from a fast food place however what we got this time was terrible and shocking.

We have always loved going and visiting Dunkin as we are often at the store in Manchester.

Are order was fairly simple for a box of six donuts and two hot latte one with caramel and one with vanilla with almond milk

What we got was completely wrong as we got two iced latte after saying to the girl on the till these aren’t the drinks we had ordered we rudely got told that this is what we ordered I understand if the store was busy over we was the only ones there with staff just standing around and talking

After checking my receipt that stated two hot lattes I then showed her my receipt and said that I didn’t order these she then made a remark under her breath and continued to remake the drinks we actually ordered she told use to go sit down and she would bring These over for use. As we wait for our drinks we started eating our donuts to find a hair in the box on the top of a donuts which had totally put us off eating or drink anything from here and ended up just leaving.

We won’t be going back to a dunkin much rather visit Krispy Kremes as they have more of a doughnut selection and don’t speak to the customers like they’re the ones in the wrong my overall experience at Dunkin was terrible the building was unclean staff were just standing around talking the bathrooms Work shockingly gross their was dust Buildup on the light shades and on the windowsills which looked as if they hadn’t been clean for a very long time...

I’m never let down by this Dunkin. Their staff are exceptional and always willing to help. Their heated beverages are always perfect with no complaints, I am usually served by the blonde lady with glasses whose customer service skills are absolutely phenomenal. She provides insight into promotions that apply to me and always makes my drinks better than expected, and best of all, always has a smile on her face. The store and facilities both within and outside are always flawlessly pristine and consumables such as straws, sugar and drink sleeves are always well topped up and an outdoor seating area with not a single drop of litter. Clearly a team that cares about customer experience, and they provide just that! Definitely will frequent this store for my mid-shift...

This place is super lovely, me and my friends try and come here whenever we can because the staff are insanely sweet. They also play some pretty vibey music and I heavily reccomend actually sitting in the shop just because of how chill it is. There's a bunch of places to sit including like little closed places with walls and i know most people probably will think this is weird to put but there are toilets, which is always nice to know.

The coffee is good, I usually get a glazed donut because if I eat the others I feel a bit sick from the sweetness but if that's what you want I heavily advise you get the hazelnut...
