Disappointed in both my recent experience here and the lack of customer service received after my visit. I recently booked for the Ibiza bottomless brunch and the expectations were not met at all. On arrival we were waiting 15 minutes to be seated as the table wasn’t clean yet, I completely understand that these things can happen but once seated we waited 25 minutes for somebody to come and take our order. Other tables were given water, and ‘Ibiza’ accessories such as flower garlands which we were not. The drinks were awfully made and the food that came was burnt and completely inedible. It was obvious that looking around the room, people were having the same opinion as us. Also it wouldn’t hurt for your staff to crack a smile? I have since been in contact with lost and found about this and have given them a chance to reply to both my emails however I am still waiting. ------------ response to the owners reply--------
I'd like to correct several things in your response, as it misrepresents the experience. First, we were not "agreeable" to the poor service- we stayed because we had already paid and were trying to make the best of a disappointing situation. The drinks were poorly made, the food was burnt and inedible, and nothing about that was truly made right during the visit.
Also, we were never given or accepted a bottle of prosecco, so claiming that as part of the compensation is imply false. You mentioned the drinks were "replaced"- but that's not accurate either. We didn't receive replacements; we were just given the next drink, as expected in a bottomless brunch. That's not going above and beyond- that's what we paid for. Based on your response, it seems you don't fully understand what a bottomless brunch should include in terms of timely, consistent service and quality.
As for the suggestion that I "threatened" a review- I clearly stated in my email that I would leave a review if I didn't receive a response. You public reply feels more like an attempt to shift blame than to take accountability. I stand by my review and remain disappointed in how this has...
Read moreWe recently visited this restaurant for a bottomless brunch with a party of five, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we had hoped for.
To begin with, the food was below par. 3 members of our party ordered steak which wasn’t cooked as requested, and no one came over to check on us throughout the meal, meaning we couldn’t raise this or any other issues at the time. The lack of attentiveness was really noticeable — staff consistently walked past our table, and no one approached us unless we flagged them down.
We had made it clear to the staff that one member of our group wasn't drinking alcohol, yet the drinks were continually mixed up. Each time new drinks were brought over, we had to ask which were alcoholic and which weren’t — and the servers didn’t know. They had to remake the drinks several times, causing delays of around 15 minutes each time.
When it came time to settle the bill, things only got worse. The final bill was incorrectly calculated, with additional items added that we hadn’t ordered. It took the staff another 10 minutes to try and figure out what was wrong, until we eventually had to go up to them ourselves and point out the issues. They did correct the bill, but there was no apology.
We made it clear we were unhappy and asked to make a complaint. Instead of addressing the situation or offering any acknowledgment, we were simply handed a card with a complaints email — still, no apology.

Read moreBooking 18 -30pm 4th October 2023 Booking for 12 adults 2 children this is a honest review written by me as a diner.. when making booking was told would not be any issues as it was short notice but we usually like to have meals pre ordered (events manager took the booking) .on arrival shown to table we were the only people in .waitress (didnt get her name)who was very polite helpful informed us of meals not available ,order was taken at 19-00hrs only 3 starters by 20-10 no meals had been served ! 1 of our group went to bar to ask why there was a delay told because we had 3 starters !!! He cancelled 2 meals a manageress denied we had been waiting 1hr. 20-25 hrs meals were served out of the 3 starters 2 children's meals & 12 main meals only 3 mains were eaten yes 3 meals the others were cold .fries were that cold it was if they tipped them into bowl from freezer ready to warm in microwave !! Management said it was due to having 3 starters & new chef ! Really ! Consequently most meals werent eaten and we refused to pay for them. Seems there are are serious issues with staffing levels and for management to give the job to young waitress to sort out the chaos of paying the bill was appalling (she does deserve credit) The resturant had 3 tables occupied 2 of those had complained regarding waiting times and poor service This is a honest review and feel people need to know of issues we encountered and hopeful management can address Would have like to be able to attach photos of food but can't see anywhere...
