If you are a mother with a baby this is the one of the best places to go. I was passing down Crookes and to be honest I was feeling a bit hungry and I saw this new café- Memi on Crookes. I looked at the menu on the front window. I am a sucker for an all day breakfast so I popped in and asked if they were open. The lady said yes. I said that I am very partial to an all day breakfast but I am a vegetarian. This lady said no problem. She said she’d do aubergine with tomatoes and some extra hash browns. Trust me I said yes. You have no idea how much I love aubergines. The mushrooms were clearly fresh and had been cooked that day. The eggs were very soft and cooked to perfection. The hash brown was super crisp. The sausages were perfectly cooked too. They put something into the baked beans which gave it a real kick. The meal tasted divine. I was full for the rest of the day. However, what really impressed me was that there was a young mother there breastfeeding her baby. The owner told me that they warmly welcome mothers into their café and mothers who want to breastfeed their babies there are very welcome. I am a personal trainer who specialises in the mums market and so that was a joy to hear. I was also told that they do bottle warming too. The lady who I spoke to told me that the child who was being breastfed was the owner! I looked at their article in the Sheffield Star. They aim to ensure people can have a full meal for under a tenner. So the usual questions. Was it worth the money? Good value at 10 ten times the price. Would I go there again? Of course. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Of course. What would I advise the public? If you have children make a family day of it. Get yourself down there!

I'm delighted to have discovered this gem of a coffee house on Crookes Road! Family run, extremely friendly owners, fabulous food and coffee! Absolutely worth popping in, they really care about everything they do, a fine addition to the local community, they only just opened at the start of April 2024, I must say, I'm extremely impressed. It is cosy and welcoming, I didn't want to leave! Their coffee blend is light and flavourful, and the atmosphere has a very uplifting vibe. Come in and forget about life for a bit. I have no doubt this place will become very popular with the coffee lovers, there will sure to be lots of filled in loyalty cards before long (don't forget to pick yours up).

An amazing place to visit. The service was very good and very friendly. The atmosphere was lovely and very welcoming. The food we had was super, was cooked perfectly and very balanced, which made the dishes a pleasure to eat and enjoy. The coffee is lovely, the best coffee that you can find in Sheffield and they have a lot of tasty smoothies if you want to try.I highly recommend this place!
