Béres Crookes — Restaurant in Sheffield

Was very disappointed with the customer service two of the staff were incredibly rude - it seemed as if I was really putting them out just by being in the shop and placing an order. I tried to order a sandwich from the breakfast menu having not realised this finished at a certain time and was barked at "No that's breakfast menu." I then tried to order something else and it was clear the server was struggling to hear me as I was wearing a face mask and she just aggressively shouted "what?" I would not recommend going in here the relly poor and dismissive customer makes for a horrible experience which could leave many people feeling...

I'm not sure what I'd do without Béres in Sheffield! I can confidently say that they are the go-to place for pork sandwiches in the city!

Always ask for everything, and you’ll not be disappointed. The combination of tender pork, and crispy crackling is absolute perfection.

If you're a fan of pork sandwiches, do yourself a favor and head to Béres. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. Get yourself a vanilla slice to finish off whilst your there aswell!

I regularly come here as the pork sandwiches are great however the service is abysmal to say the least. I have never seen a team that have as little disregard for the customer as the ladies in this shop.
