Moor Cafe — Restaurant in Sheffield

I'm a support worker and been taking my service user that is In a wheelchair to this cafe for the last 2 years. We ordered our food and at the end the man charged the man in the wheelchair £2 pounds extra just for using he's tissues that was on the table. I thought this was discusting charging a man with a disability Extra just for using tissues and I feel he must have felt like this is a easy opertunity for easy money just because this man has a disability. I'm really disappointed because when we come we have always tipped and payed for our food evan when the prices are expensive for what you get. But charging 2 pounds for tissue is the last straw and they have lost a loyal customer for life. I told the man if you charge this disabled man £2 for the tissue we will not come back. He then shouted I don't care I have plenty of other customers who will pay me. I thought this was very unprofessional and arrogant and says alot about this man. We will never be going back to this man's cafe. We can get a bigger cheaper breakfast in weatherspoons. Just because a man has a disability does not mean he should be treated different or taken...

First time here and we had a friendly welcome. We both had a cooked breakfast. I was disappointed that the toast was spread with margarine rather than butter. We stayed a while and had two coffees each as well as a tea each which came to just under £13 per person in total (Cash only payments). We did ask for a tap water and the response was that he didn't serve the tap water as it "isn't clean" which I found very odd. He only offered bottled water. The staff that run Moor Café are really good. They care about their customers, down to earth, happy to accommodate your choices. Extensive menu, we were a group and our food came out pretty much all at same time which wasn't easy due to 4 big breakfasts all of varying kinds along with teas, coffees etc and separate ad-hoc requests, we weren't waiting too long either and it was fairly busy.
