Read moreI love tiramisu but I don't get to have it often because most of them contain alcohol - that was until Paradiso came along! I first tried their desserts in May at the Sheffield Food Festival, and I was delighted to find out that they have relocated over the Pennines from Manchester to Sheffield shortly after! All of the options are so flavoursome and super creamy - it is pretty difficult to choose a favourite! But I'm going through a pistachio-obsessed phase (who isn't?!), so that is definitely my current favourite, although black forest is a weak point of mine and comes a close second! In addition, they were surely not made fresh but taken out of the freezer and, although I had them at the table, they were served in a paper pot of not even 100 grams. This was very disappointing, considering their cost of 5.50£ each. That’s unbelievable.
For a place which makes tiramisù, I would have expected more flavours but there were only 3 of them.
I am really sorry about my experience here as I would have really liked to taste a proper tiramisù but that’s not even...
