Good things first: the decor is really brave and exciting, neon, zingy pink and black lights are making everything feel like youre in a videogame, its fun! Theres a robot - thats also really damn unusual and quirky. There is a fair choice of ice cream, i partly expected more choice of flavours but the choice was ok. The service was really good from staff and they appeared really warm and friendly and courteous.

Negative points - you have to order from ipads at the tables nit theough the staff members, and to be honest, if you don't know the menu, it's quite difficult knowing what the options mean. Choosing what YOU want to order is a challenge, as opposed to the combos that might be suggested within the app. For instance, if you want two scoops of ice cream, the app decides you want two of the same flavour. I don't. I'm greedy. I want two different flavours. I'm in an ice cream shop, it's my birthday, and I would like cake on the side as well as two seperate flavours. Thats right sir! It's difficult saying what you want within the app. You're pressing the back button, it's deleting your scoops... it take 10 minutes, 12 minutes... you're still not getting what you want. its just annoying!! Let us order through humans too at the ice cream bar! Then the robot is fun, I can see why kids would love it, but as it was my birthday, it would be cool if something could be acknowledged to celebrate it, like the happy birthday stevie wonder song or something! Overall though, I would recommend this place, the food was delicious, the cake was gorgeous and I would like to revisit at some point (hopefully the robot will randomly select a song for each order - now THAT would be...

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED, THEY DON'T DELIVER TO YOU AND DRIVER JUST GIVE YOUR FOOD TO SOMEONE ELSE OFF THE STREET THAT YOU WONT BE COVERED FOR THERE FAULT!!! I wouldn't even rate this a 1 star after the abrupt unprofessional customer service we have had from last night, by the imbecile lady who picked the phone up and the delivery driver who was on drugs just gave our food to someone else for free with out evan confirming the name on the receipt or door number. Usally I order through UberEats and never once I have had a problem but this is the first time I have orderd through there rassams app and the last. Delivery driver had couldn't care less attitude and the lady who picked the phone up at Rassams was just bothered about how long the driver has been with them. She didn't believe me nor cared what has happened to us and she didn't replace the food or give us a refund, she showed no remorse and stated she was the manager which was untrue because she kept telling me she has to go ask her manager. Literally, I feel scammed and very unhappy at the fact they have not solved this problem and has just taken my money. Dumb and Dumber, was just bothered about going home, they came across very rude incompetent in there jobs and slacking in attitude. I even have text proof of the driver who has confirmed that he has made a mistake yet rassams won't help me, Ideally they should have deducted it from his wage. so i was there today with my husband and baby. we ordered couple of thing's included red velvet cake so when i had 1st bite of cake i realise that cake was not fresh at all it is my all time favourite so i know what it taste like so i ask waitress to replace it with fresh one but she said its gonna b same cake i said ok can you cancel the order then because i cant eat this cake which taste like weeks oldso she said she cant we have to talk to the man on till so when we were on till this short highted man came to us pointing his finger sayig that you cant say our product is not fresh becuase you don't have money to pay thats why you are doing this (please note we were there to pay £12 of other deserts but we were not pay £3 for cake becuase it was not fresh) right so he point his finger onto my husbands chest and said you cant leave without paying all money and start shouting my poor baby was crying seeing all this so i grab my husbands hand and taken him out of the shop so he followed us on the road and start threatening us i cant bealive him if his staff member wouldn't hold him he might have punched us i have never seen some owner or manager taking like this feeling really sorry for my baby who sees all this and crying please please dont take your kids their its not family friendly at all only for £3 he was so egoistic beacuse we said that his product is not fresh it was so...
