STYR — Restaurant in Sheffield

I visited on Friday lunchtime with a friend and we enjoyed tasty tapas and excellent service from a friendly and attentive team. We happened to be the only customers at that point (probably as it was a late lunch before the evening rush) hence the 4* for atmosphere! Being vegetarian, it was refreshing to find we could eat the majority of the items on the menu, without being fobbed off with imitation meat substitutes. We shared a patatas bravas (plenty for 2 or 3!) and a selection of smaller plates: arancini, mini tacos and the Spanish bean stew with sourdough bread. Everything tasted fresh, not greasy, with a good spicy kick too! Finishing with a pot of tea to wash it down, it was a nice touch to add an extra pot of hot water to top up as you please. The surroundings are modern, clean lines and comfortable, with a small space front and back for outside dining. I look forward to returning for some more tapas and a tasty cocktail or two next time - the cocktail menu was very tempting! Amazing Experience at STYR! I had such a brilliant evening at STYR last night! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was fantastic – really welcoming and lively. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was such a relief that they were able to perfectly accommodate our group's diverse allergy needs without any fuss. What truly made the night special was the team. They were incredibly attentive throughout our visit and genuinely went above and beyond, even letting us stay as late as possible. It honestly felt like they were an extension of our friendship circle, making the whole experience feel personal and incredibly enjoyable. My friend and I went to STYR for brunch and a few cocktails and we were extremely impressed! The service was amazing, everyone was so helpful and friendly they made us feel so welcome!

We both ordered the ‘build your own breakfast tacos’ with a side of hash browns. We also both had the chorizo on them which added a perfect Spanish twist to the brunch. It was all delicious and perfectly cooked!
