I was reluctant to leave this review, so went to research any negative reviews and the first one I came to mirrors, the exact issue I have with this establishment. Surly staff! The food is absolutely stunning but no matter how gorgeous the food is, that does not negate, poor service! Walked in and they have loads of produce to buy in a cramped area and as it was the first time we’d been, we were stood at the counter for maybe 3-5 minutes max, as we didn’t know what to order. Not like there was a queue. The woman behind the counter was really rude in fairness! Could clearly see she was getting agitated by our being indecisiveness BUT we weren’t stood being awkward, we were simply looking around quietly, trying to figure out what to eat and were stood at the counter, for no more than say, 3-5 minutes. We just couldn’t see the menu and didn’t really know what they sold as there was only a few sandwiches on display. The woman at the counter made me feel small, was curt/matter of fact and again, she seemed agitated by our indecisiveness. Ironically her abrasive nature was punctuated dead pan with “yeah it’s dead chill here, we’ll bring it out to ya” Ha Ha! Not a single smile either nor from the waitress who brought the coffees. When the food arrived by the lady that served us at the till, it was like she was rehearsing for master chef, she gave us a run down on what was in the sandwich and why she chose what she had to put in it and used all these gastronomical terms - now to say it’s “dead chill here” hmm 🤔. They all seem hacked off! Such a shame as the food was beautiful!!!! 1 star was too cruel but it’s an overall rating of experience and it was not a nice one! I’m not the only one to say this so, please take heed especially as, it’s also not the cheapest Italian...
Read moreI am pleased to recommend Bragazzi's café with a shop, which is one of my favorite places in Sheffield. In addition to great coffee and delicious Italian snacks, the café also offers the possibility of buying original Italian food products. It's a perfect place for lovers of Italian cuisine!
But it's not just the food and products that make Bragazzi's a unique place. The interior is decorated in a typical Italian style, which allows you to feel like in a small Italian café. It's a very cozy and relaxing place that encourages you to spend time with friends or alone with a good newspaper.
In addition, the service is very friendly and always ready to help with choosing the best products or dishes. You will completely relax there, ordering coffee, cappuccino, or tea with a delicious panini with Parma ham.
That's why I recommend Bragazzi's café to anyone looking for a unique place to enjoy great coffee and delicious Italian dishes in a truly...
Read moreThis is a special place you need to visit. First time visit ordered a black americano and hot chocolate “can I have without whipped cream and marshmallows” - the response was fantastic “we don’t put any of that stuff on it” - and I was sold since then. The hot chocolate is without the best ever tasted. Coffee is just how it should be - perfect. Cakes and cannolis (just go for it) are brilliant. Deli counter has some wonderful fresh food to choose from and sandwiches are also great. So staff are friendly and helpful and it has just a lovely atmosphere. Chairs and tables are the definition of eclectic. Whilst we love popping in, I just want to add I chatted to one of the owners delivering coffees and teas to the Mercia School where hundreds of people were being vaccinated for Covid booster and flu - wonderful! Managed to find a hot chocolate for my wife who was guiding cars in - great boost and tasted...
