Have you ever heard of a takeaway business refusing to do business with you (after being a regular customer for 4 years) just because they got your order wrong and you complained? Well that's what this place did. We ordered a large mixed kebab to share. However, the order arrived incomplete without the sauce required. When ringing to complain the manager offered to send the sauce over, by which time the meal would have been cold. When I explained to the manager this and that I would like to get a replacement the manager advised me that it would take an hour and after which they wouldn't deliver to me again. I've never had an experience like it with any business who you'd think would want to keep their regular customers! Very disappointed. Be careful as we ordered via just eat app and it says spend over £30 get a free pizza of your choice & you need to put this in the notes which we did. Bill was over £30 but never received the pizza as requested and advertised. Called them to be told as we bought a meal deal with the pizza's that any free items were not applicable. Informed them that it dont say that on just eat and they should change it as its basically a lie. Asked lad if he could sort anything said yeh I'll send you the pizza but it never arrived after a hour and half. Chased up again to be told that he wasnt sending one and the only thing he could do was tell the owner to change the info which we all know wont be done. People who had food said it was rubbish.

Only just realised I've never left a review on this place. Best takeaway this side of Sheffield and I've tried most of them. Pizzas, kebabs, burgers are all bang on, only ever had one problem where the pizzas arrived cold as the new delivery driver couldn't find my house. The owner cooked them all fresh again and made the pizzas 12 inch instead of 10, and the chips large instead of small. Threw in a free bottle of pop aswell. Foods great, staff are great, and the owner is a great guy aswell. Highly recommend if you want nice tasting fresh food everytime.
