Just walked in to order a pizza, the woman working there started shouting to me that I could only order online bc she was understaffed and too busy to help me at the cashier. Weird but ok, I tried and the website wasn't working. Asked another customer to check if it was working on his phone or not, also no. I addressed this to the woman and again she started shouting she really had no time and to try again, I was baffled and about to walk off (what I should've done in hindsight..) but luckily one of the men there winked at me and helped me, even the delivery guy came over to help. All the while the woman was screaming and shouting at me and the other staff. Whilst I was waiting one of the guys asked me a question, and AGAIN she came over and started shouting at me to be patient!! I answered I wasn't harassing her staff and was simply answering a question that I was being asked, but she refused to understand and kept acting like I had done something.
My gosh what a horrible person, I'm sorry for the other staff that has to endure working with her, hopefully she gets fired soon. I gave 2 stars bc of the pizza,...

Immediately called Dominoâs Cambourne to have it corrected, spoke to Martin who had very poor customer service. Extremely upset because this guy is so arrogant and unhelpful. Said he could not do anything because it was our fault. Told him we are willing to pay extra for the missing stuff, he then started overcharging us. Told him about the overcharge and that I know the deals online (my laptop is in front of me) he then claimed it was wrong. And when I argued that it is false advertisement he said that I can complain to Dominoâs if I want to.
Got frustrated and ended up asking for a manager (because he does not comprehend and was extremely rude). And guess what, the manager was aslo Martin and sounds just like him. Outrageous, never had I ever experienced bad service like this. I hope someone higher up will read this and take action. Thereâs no point asking for a manager cuz he wonât even pass the phone...

Well l've called just to ask a question which was "Does the chocolate go on top of the cinnamon balls or on the side". I've asked this question because my previous order I didn't get chocolate either on top nor the side, this lady has replied "Order it and you'll find out I'm busy and don't have time for mischievous phone calls". I said "sorry" shockingly, This was completely rude and isn't a way to answer a customer. I simply wanted to know some information and the lady through the phone was rude. I will not be ordering through Camborne dominoes no more that's made me well uncomfortable to eat any of the food they make.
