Before this past order I would have given them a 5 star rating but my most recent experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I placed my order at 18:06 and it arrived just past 19:00 but my order was missing the salad and sodas. I informed the driver but he just kept saying "no soda" and "I don't know" he showed me my receipt which clearly showed I ordered a meal with them included. I called the restaurant and told them what had happened and was told they would send them. I requested they send an order of fries as mine would be cold by the time the driver returned and they agreed. I waited almost 30 minutes before the driver returned with my soda, he didn't have my salad or the fresh fries. I asked where my stuff was and he kept saying "no salad I don't know". The driver was unhelpful so I again called the restaurant with my food getting colder by the minute. I tell them what happened and demand they fix this as it's now 19:40 my dinners cold and my family is starving. By 20:15 when no one had arrived I realised they were just blowing me off and I wasn't getting my salad or fresh fries. I now have cold chicken and cold soggy fries for my child to eat and it's almost bed time so as you can imagine I was not happy. I thought being a good customer mattered but I guess not. Read moreFirstly delivery was late, when it arrived it was warm and incorrect. I called the restaurant and was told that they had sent out what was on the receipt. No interest in rectifying the issue they ended the call mid sentence, I called back and the guy on the phone had a poor attitude I was told to sort out the issue with just eat even though he acknowledgedother customers had issues. When i said that wouldn't resolve the issue i was told i had to pay for the replacement pizza which i refused. After saying I wouldn't be ordering again I was told that they would send a replacement. It's now late again I doubt it will even turn up as it's been 1hr30mins! I have previously enjoyed the food here but this was a massive let down and I certainly won't bother again. Thought maybe they were too busy so tried again a few days later and order showed as accepted with 30 minute delivery time. 2 hours later no food and noone answering the phone. Got hold of foodhubaand they could not reach them either. So total of 2 and a half hours later no food and they finally responded to foodhub saying a technical issue meant they were unable to fill the order. Absolute disgrace of a takeaway. Would not recommend to anyone....
