Spice Garden — Restaurant in South Derbyshire

Always order from spice garden and have never had a problem in the past ! But tonight was a very different story. Order our food at 8pm, arrived late at 9:45pm and was completely the wrong order! Rang them up to resolve the issue and just got fed a load of lies that it was on its way back with the driver will be 5 mins. 20 mins later still no delivery of our correct food, so we call back again to then be told they are cooking the food now it will be 15 mins! It's now 10:15pm and we are still waiting on our order! It's now 10:30pm and we are still waiting for our order and to be honest we don't think it's coming as they have already taken payment when delivering the previous order that was wrong ! NOT a happy...

This was are first time visit to spice garden. We were greeted with a warm welcome and the young man took are order.

We ordered the tandoori mixed grill with a nan bread and also ordered the chicken pathia with a nan bread. The food was lovely and hot. The nan bread is the biggest I have had from a takeaway. They also gave us to complimentary poppadoms and some dips. Both meals were amazing so tasty.We will definitely be going back. If you have not given it a try, you will not be...

Probably best curry in swad. I'm used to having curry from Tamworth/Birmingham on weekends so stopped having currys from swad a long time ago. But tried here and it's quite tasty. Just check your orders tho as they offer 20% discount on collections and free bottle of pop over £30 but they don't take it off the bill. We had nearly £40 worth of food and I had to ask about the free bottle and when I checked the bill they did not take the 20%off..which...
