Hot & Spicy — Restaurant in South Holland

Rude staff. I was told my order would arrive at half 8 after 15 minutes I rang to find out where it was only to discover it had been delivered to the wrong address. I asked for my food to be delivered to the right address and was told this will take another 15 minutes. I asked for a small refund for the inconvenience and was told I would receive a full refund. After half an hour it still hadnt arrived so I rang again only to be told they'd cancelled my order as I had asked for my money back. I said this wasn't acceptable and they hung up the phone. I went to the shop as I still wanted the food and at least 5 staff members all shouted at me being incredibly rude and patronising towards me. I ended up walking out as they still wanted some money towards the food even after everything they had done. Will never order...

Ordered two chicken kebabs, one large one regular and what I got was two nan breads with a load of congealed slop inside. Both my friend and I attempted to eat what we could considering I had just paid £14 for this including a bottle of coke to qualify for delivery. The result was both my friend and I are now suffering upset stomachs within an hour of eating this awful meal which still persists through to the following day. There was no attempt in the presentation presentation, both kebabs had the same ingredients even though we clearly specified one without mayo and so on due to dietary requirements, great for those who have allergens, the only difference is one had more slop than the other. OMG!! Visited hot and spicy when I was making a delivery in the town late last night, My mate and I both ordered a medium donner kebab. The chap serving was extremely friendly and chatty considering he was about to close and kindly served us. My mate and I were really impressed with the service and as for the donner kebab it was THE best kebab I’ve had in years!! It was served In a naan bread with fresh salad and great tasting sauces and dressings. The kebab meat was so tender and moist, (most kebab shops, the meat is dry and tasteless) the overall price and quality of my food was amazing and excellent value for money. Thanks again for your service and quality kebab. Will definitely be back for another next time I’m delivering...
