I often visited this beautiful little coffee/gift shop before lockdown and would ofter order their delicious warm cheese scone with butter and cream cheese, called in a couple of day's ago as I was in the area and ordered the same only to find that the scone was now cold and the cheese was a small lump of cheese in a plastic packet with a knife that wasn't sharp enough to slice it! Scones are definitely better served warm as it takes the dryness out of them!! Coffee was lovely, I had a flat white but this time it didn't come with the delightful little piece of shortbread which I loved but a biscotti biscuit which is nice but not quite the same. Staff did not interact with any customers while I was in there not even to ask if everything was OK? Gift shop is lovely and so is the florists that I entered through where I was greeted very pleasantly. I know covid has changed the way restaurants etc have to work but I'm sure a little pot of cream cheese and a piece of homemade shordbread isn't that much to ask!! Please keep this coffee shop the great little place I...

The Victoria sponge looked very unappetising and tasted even worse. The cupcake tasted like something made in a factory. The staff were nice and the service was good but the food was a complete disaster. A real shame because the space is nice and the location of the shop is perfect. We might go there again but only for...
