Ordered mine with extra lies and incompetenceā¦
Ordered from here a few times and the food was ok, the kids enjoy it so whatever. My main issue here was the service. On the 7th April 2022, I ordered via my account online. After promising the little darlings a pizza and film night, we were left waiting for over an hour.
I called and spoke with a lady who told me that I had ordered for collection only. After explaining that I have the email confirmation, confirming I had ordered for delivery (and after being called a lier), the manager was put on the phone. The manager then contradicted her staff who said that it was ordered for delivery, however, they were not currently offering this service as they did not have any driversā¦ā¦.
At this point, an hour and a half after ordering and surrounded by very hungry unhappy children, I told the manager to cancel the order, refund my money and I would be closing my account. The manager confirmed that I would be refunded the Ā£35 within two working days (remember, this is April 7th). Off to Burger King we went (at least I didnāt have to talk about Bruno I guess).
The next day I find the pizza fairies had been in the night and dumped our order on the front porch. Not sure how they got there as dominos have no drivers, I had ordered for collection and whenq I returned from Burger King, they werenāt there (around 9:30pm). To this day (10th May 2022) Doninos has yet to refund the Ā£35. It genuinely makes me smile to think that as a final display of intelligence, they refunded the wrong personā¦..

It was ready and collected at the time specified but when my husband brought it home we noticed we were missing one of our 2 portions of chicken strippers. So I phoned the store to tell them and I could easily hear how very busy the young lady who answered the phone was, but she efficiently checked my order, took my address, apologised and said that they would drop the missing item to us as soon as a driver was available. As it turned out it was probably over an hour after we had collected that we had a knock on the door. We had just about given up but didn't want to bother phoning back (as it is payday weekend and they must be very busy) we would just call back tomorrow and get refund or credit as the member of staff had logged the issue. So when the driver said his manager sent apologies and a complimentary pizza would be added to our account I felt a good review was deserved! It is so easy to have a mistake happen with an order, and this time it was obviously difficult to rectify it quickly, so we very much appreciate the fact that you used good customer service to turn what could have been a disappointed family of customers into happy customers looking forward to our next...

There was obviously a glitch in the app as I have to customise my pizzas for the kids needs. When I ordered my confirmation was different to what I had selected. I immediately rang up to change this and I was told the pizzas are already in the oven and they refused to change. Due to my sons allergies I specifically said I cannot have bbq sauce on the pizza but 1 man said āitās tough mam, thatās what you ordered!ā After telling him about my sons allergy he said ok well I can give bbq dip? This is jig what I asked for. My son has a meteor with tomato sauce base. I obviously edited this as I always do but it arrived anyway and so 1 of my kids has missed out with having no money to buy a second pizza! Disgusted with a female member of staff also as she got rude on the phone and called my partner a āsilly little manā. We are loyal customers! Never had this sort of customer service from...
