Hot Bitez — Restaurant in South Tyneside

Nope!! Been a massive fan of Hot Bitez for years. It simply had the best pizza in town, but today I ordered food and it was 2 hours late. 3hrs total from order to delivery. When I rang twice to find out where the food was they said 10 minutes....I got it 85 mins later. Inbetween this time I couldn't get through on the phone to cancel my order. Ordered a meal deal 5. With margarita pizza. Order came. Pizza was a spicy chicken. The whole order was sent back with delivery driver. With a fresh order. Order finally came after 1 hour later.
