Bistro Baristo — Restaurant in Southampton

I took my disabled son in here to use the toilet after coming off a very busy ferry in which the ferry toilets were unavailable. The lady there was really really rude, sat on her backside doing absolutely nothing. She was foreign and said the toilets were for customer use only which it didnt say on there. I explained my son was disabled and needed to use the toilet and i apologised. There wasnt even a light in the toilet. Before i even came out the toilet she shouted YOUR WELCOME at me. Safe to say i wont be returning...

Best place for lunch and private party! Last weekend I have organised closed party for my daughter 1st birthday and it was amazing. The atmosphere of the place is very cosy and big enough to accommodate 30/40 guests. Dinks served were on the top standard and the service from the owner was excellent. I will definitely arrange another party there. I also had the chance to try on another occasion their smoothies and egg Benedict - 10/10! Went for breakfast whilst trying out different places around Southampton. Had the eggs royale. Absolutely delicious. This place is a bit hidden due to scaffolding but great vibe and lovely staff. Quality of the food is beautiful. Would highly recommend. Good veggie options also if you’re not a meat eater 👌 should have taken a pic before I ate the food but it was too late and too scrummy 😆 !
