Maxim pizza and kebab — Restaurant in Southampton

WORST Experience EVER, Myself and my father visited this kebab shop after spending the day together. My father paid in cash and received £10 change, accidentally he dropped it and it slid underneath their chiller. We explain what happened and the night shift manager (shaf) and the member on till didn't try to help and look underneath at all, they just said the store manager would get it out tomorrow with out even trying to look. Eventually the night shift manager looked underneath and was able to get the £10 note and slammed it on the counter. He then continue to call my father thick which I then ask for a full refund (before our food was ready) as why should we pay for a service to be spoken to like that. The night shift manager kept trying to take us outside to talk which I refused as we wanted to talk under cctv coverage. Continue to refuse the refund which left us no choice to have to take the food after it sitting their for 10minutes while we was talking. Would NOT...

This is the worst kebab place ever! Do Not eat from here even if you are dying from starvation! The chips kebab chicken burgers are absolutely horrendous! they charged me £6 for a single donnor burger and it tasted like plastic I end up throwing away the whole thing after few bites. Honestly this spot is for sure for those who are drunk or off their heads walking by looking for something to eat, the prices don’t even make sense. You’re getting salad that ain’t even chopped bruv chips that ain’t even salted buns way past their expiration date! The worst experience I ever have in any restaurant staff is extremely rude and non professional, took my order wrong, and when I tried to return it, even the owner was supporting staff that I had ordered wrong. I have ordered chicken doner meat and chips, but they gave me lamb instead. Their answer was that you have ordered regular doner where on earth that's mean lamb doner.
