I hope that you will read and respond to this message as what I have been through today was absolutely appalling and I had never been treated anywhere like the way I was treated at Sprinkles today. The branch I visited is located at 169 High St, Southampton SO14 2BY.
Where do I start? The girl behind the counter who wore a hijab had really dirty hands and fingers which she did not wash at all afterwards while touching my food and also other customers' food. I ordered a 'Milk Chocolate Sensation' crepe but her colleague (young Asian boy) served me a white chocolate one! When I raised it with him, he was not sympathetic at all and tried to blame me even after I reiterated multiple times that the order was incorrect and that there is no way on earth I had ordered white chocolate topping considering that I am allergic to white chocolate.
Nevertheless, he took it away and they made a fresh new crepe for me. It took around 10 minutes which is fine but during that time, both he and the girl wearing the hijab(also staff member) were looking at me, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and out of place.
When he finally came over to my table with the fresh crepe, he almost dropped the plate on the table in front me without an apology or even apologising for the mistake they had made and gave me an arrogant look before walking away as if I was to blame for their incompetence and lack of professionalism.
I never saw them wash their hands one time.
Overall, very bad and unprofessional service and this will be my first and final time visiting this store.
I am not expecting any compensation or anything, just do teach your staff some manners and some customer service and it would be beneficial if they take some English classes.

Read moreAbsolutely shocking service and appauling expirence instore today, it took 4 staff and multiple screw ups to take our order, one of which didnt speak english very well or at least couldnt understand what i meant by "apple tea?" I cannot believe the way us paying customers were treated by nadia instore. We ordered one waffle combo and one scoop of ice cream, we received the one scoop and waited 40 minutes for the waffle combo before enquiring with staff, We were told that we already received the item. After proving the staff wrong we requested a refund of the order. Our whole party finished their food whilst one member was still waiting. After asking for a refund the staff were inadequate in doing so. This staff member proceeded to argue with our whole party about the details of the refund. She told us she will not refund our whole order, only the item that didn't arrive. Fair enough however the item that didn't arrive was 90% of the cost of the order. Just 1 scoop of ice cream in a pot was worth shouting and screaming at customers instore. We felt that we should be compensated for this mess up and demanded that we were refunded foe the whole order. She didn't allow that. We accepted and proposed that she would offer us a milkshake for free as a result of their error. They refused. Asked for refund which we paid in card payment.
