I came in for a bottomless brunch with a group Friday night, a man came over to us insisting he tap a card onto our phones. A few of us didn’t want to and he forcefully pushed it against our phones anyway. A few of us left him a good review and some, who were made uncomfortable by this man, left a lower review. He came back over demanding that we change our reviews, came into our personal space, putting arms over the girls and inappropriately trying to physically take our phones to change it. Other staff were lovely, just incredibly uncomfortable and strange behaviour from this man. A few friends have left a similar review and have had replies saying that they consistently have problems with our group (we’ve been in twice ever) and that he will get us banned from all Southampton venues. No bar, floor, or door staff have had any issues or complaints with us the 2 times we have been here. The cctv footage will reflect our recounts im sure, so if we continue to be met with these unprofessional and defensive responses, we are more than happy to take it further.
