Appearance 4/5 - Have a bit of green elements, could have added more though.

Taste 4.5/5 - Without additional salt, I could taste the original flavor of the beef.

Texture 4.5/5 - The beef briskets are all soft and chewy.

Size of the dish - Medium - Large

Service 4.5/5 - Gave me free 3 bowls of rice, and served me with hot water. Lastly, they gave me two home made sweet bread before I leave. One thing that need to improve is to add credit card payment. I had to go to the nearest ATM to get my money.

Environment 4/5 - Warm, nice lighting, with some decorations on the walls

Food quality was unstable. We visited there twice. The 1st experience was quite nice. The food and service were good. The fried chicken was crispy without getting greasy. The sweet and sour aubergine dish tasted so good. The portion size of rice was quite big, ordering three portions for three people (two males and one female) without finishing. Would NOT recommend! Very disappointing. Food arrived nearly 40mins late, for which they added an extra portion of fried chicken wings. The wings were ok, they were the saving grace of the meal. ALL the dishes were dull and/or over cooked. Sweet and sour pork was so overcooked they were dry and powdery inside! Then just coversed in a very sweet sauce, Where's the sour?
