The taste is not the same as before. I always eat it here since 2 years ago. Malaysian and Singaporean sauces with egg noodles are my favourite. Never change my order with this 2 sauces since then. The taste is different with every chef. I noticed the massive different if the lady with headscarf is making the food. The noodles are soaky and the malaysian sauce, somehow full of liquid on the bottom which It made me uncomfortable to finish it. I remembered it should be quite dry. It also comes like different taste (still the same sauce) and less tasty and my friend also feels the same way. The portion and the topping she made sometimes quite less than what I got before if this lady made the meal. I am not sure if you change the recipee but when it come to with the white lady (without the scarf) make the food, it feels really good again. I ordered from Ned's Noodles through Uber Eats, but my order was incomplete—a beef noodle box was missing. I recently had a frustrating experience with this restaurant. One of the items from my order was missing, so I drove all the way to pick it up in person. When I got home and checked the package, I realized another item was missing. I called them, and instead of offering a solution, they asked me to drive back to collect the missing item.
