Couldn't even get as far to placing my order as the incompetence of the person who answered the phone was troubling. Tried to explain my address using the phonetic alphabet (which I use on a daily basis within my own professional work), they were unable to understand a clear English speaking person. They finally managed to take my house number and street name, which is less than a mile away, their response was "I should call portswood as I am outside their delivery area...". Then they said "ok bye". I'm actually appalled at this type of customer service. Please review the training you provide your staff who take phone calls, minimum would be to understand English. We will be going to our trusted dominoes...

Worst pizza hut i've ever had. Don't waste your money. Food turns up cold, took 80 minutes to deliver, 10 minutes of that was the delivery driver going back and forth past my house because he couldn't be bothered to phone me or look at door numbers. Even on a good day when they turn up in 30-45 minutes, pizza is like cardboard. I live about 1.5 miles from this place, takes less than 15 minutes in heavy traffic to get from my place to here... even with that, i'd still rather drive 20 minutes each way down the motorway to Hedge End pizza hut for the far superior quality food than to use this trashy...

dreadfully greasy bread even on deep pan! The deep crust left my fingers laden in grease. Tasted like 'old' grease too. The pizza arrived directly on the box base, no corrugated card base - urrrmm... unhygienic!! Cheese wasn't like cheese at all and thrown on in heaps; I have since heard they mix it with flour or something! Staff are abrupt and unfriendly and don't take complaints well at all, even after all my topping fell off a very soggy slice and I aske for a replacement, I've since been black marked. Not a nice outlet at all. If I didn't have to for sake of this post I wouldn't even give...
