I’m a regular customer at this Greek café and, honestly, it’s one of the best around. The owners are very friendly, the coffee is excellent, and the service has always been great. That’s why I feel comfortable sharing some constructive feedback. Unfortunately, I’ve had a couple of negative experiences with a new employee that I think you should be aware of. Last week, I arrived around 8:25 PM, which is still within the opening hours for takeaway orders, but she told me the place was already closed. I didn’t complain at the time, but I found it unprofessional. Today, I ordered a coffee to drink on the terrace and clearly asked for it in a ceramic cup, not a takeaway cup. I waited for several minutes while the employee was busy chatting with another coworker. In the end, I had to go inside and get the coffee myself. When I asked about it, she said she “didn’t know I was outside,” even though I had told her. She didn’t even have the decency to admit she hadn’t heard me—probably because she was too busy talking. I understand we all have off days, but in a café known for its high service standards, these things really stand out. I hope you’ll take this as it’s meant: constructive criticism from someone who appreciates the place and wants to see it maintain the excellent quality it’s known for.

A proper Greek bakery right in the heart of St Alban’s! They’ve got all the classics you’d expect – fresh pastries, bougatsa, and those amazing cheese and spinach pies that taste just like the ones you’d find in Greece. On top of that, they serve all the staple Greek coffees: frappes, freddo espresso, freddo cappuccino – the whole lot. It’s such a nice spot to grab a quick bite or just chill with a coffee. They’ve recently expanded too, and the new seating area is really comfortable. Definitely worth a visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Having lived and worked in Athens I am excited about this Greek bakery. It takes me right back to my childhood when I spent every summer in Athens. Delicious products That you will not find in other bakeries and fantastic coffee just like they serve in Athens. I am looking forward to many visits

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Artoplasia, a delightful little gem that transports you straight to the heart of Greece. The aroma of freshly baked bread filled the air as I stepped inside, and I was immediately greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff. The bakery offers a wide array of authentic Greek pastries, including the iconic koulouri, a crispy sesame ring that's perfect for a quick snack. I also indulged in their delectable orange and milk pies, which were creamy, sweet, and simply divine. For the coffee lovers, Artoplasia serves up a variety of Greek coffee options, such as the refreshing frappe and fredo espresso and cappuccino. The rich, aromatic flavour of their coffee is a true testament to their commitment to authenticity. The bread selection is equally impressive, with a variety of freshly baked loaves, rolls, and pastries. The crust is crispy, the crumb is soft, and the flavor is simply irresistible. Whether you're craving a sweet treat, or a savory snack, or a strong cup of coffee, Artoplasia is the perfect place to satisfy your cravings. As a Greek myself I highly recommend this bakery to anyone who appreciates authentic...

I've been visiting the place since day one. I absolutely love it. Cannot complement enough. The service is great, the food is delicious, sweets are yummy and the spirit is Greek throughout.

Place is spotless, parking is easy as you can park right opposite or at the car park behind the main road.

Prices are really good and lower than the usual high street shops. To my English folks I'd recommend trying the freddos or the classic FrappĂŠ.

I noticed they bring seasonal things in line with Greek festivities. So if you want an Easter egg, or Tsoureki, you know...
