Costa Coffee — Restaurant in St Helens

For 10 years I have lived in St. Helens, I have never been discriminated against in such a way before. ​I am very disappointed with the behavior of the woman at the cashier in this cafe, as I just ordered a coffee and continued to talk to my friend and she was obviously racist and started behaving in a particularly aggressive way.I was surprised and did not understand what was happening. I ignored her and moved on to wait for my coffee, but she kept looking at me and talking down to the other customers in line. I did not deserve this treatment in any way.she was obviously racist because she was talking while shouting and staring at me that "We have a problem with these people coming from who knows where - foreigners."I felt really bad and just left the cafe. I didn't say a word to her, but later I regretted not defending myself because she will continue to behave in this way...

This is my second time been here and yes it’s always the same. The staffs are very smiley and friendly but only when if you don't have a different skin colour. They will even make it obvious for you so you don't come back. I ordered a wrong cake as the level was confusing requested to change it in the till didn’t even touch it, said sorry for misunderstanding the level, and they acted like i set their house on fire😆. While having my coffee i saw the staff arguing with another customer, guess what she had a different skin colour like mine. The atmosphere is the unfriendliest among my whole Costa coffee outlets experience in the UK. They should write it on board outside that they are gonna be horrible to any different coloured skin. Worst...

Bad customer service, I’ve ordered 2 iceteas they done it whithout ice they tasted like water with no flavour at all.. another order was for an ice latte with vanilla, they done it whithout vanilla and with literaly 2 cubes of ice. Tables were dirty and the barista was clearly a moody one when requested to get some extra ice for the iceteas like he was about to kick us out for just requesting that ice, ordered 3 sandwiches they were cold even tho I’ve asked the cashier to make them hot.. plus it was not busy at all. We didn’t even finished our drinks and left them on the table. Comparative with other Costas this one lacks the customer care and being nice to them… not...
