We specifically wanted to pop into town today to grab a coffee from The coffee House. I'm so glad we did. What a fantastic place. Warm welcoming friendly staff. Customer services always makes or breaks a place for me i give this place 100%. Very knowledgeable and attentative. Nothing was too much trouble even though I'm very indecisive! The decor, music and atmosphere was refreshing and relaxing. Highly recommend. I had the iced Late. Best iced late I've had in a long time, no thickeners, just YUMMY! Wel be back soon. Thanks

Met with a bark of 'we close in 15minutes' and made to feel very uncomfortable when entered during Saturday's St Helens Christmas Event.

It was clear we had a very upset two year old with us, a simple we close in 15 take away only or feel free to use the baby change would've gone a long way.

Used this place previously and have always (apart from a few dirty tables) had great service. Recently re-located to Liverpool and was met with similar disregard at their Bootle branch (it wasn't close to closing hours)

The market is saturated with coffee shops, I'll be taking my custom elsewhere. Shame, coffee and millionaires shortbread are both lovely. Very hit and miss...

Without a doubt, the best coffee shop in town... The Coffee House is a large, inviting and friendly environment. Dimly illuminated and rather elegantly decorated, its charming and hearty atmosphere is only complemented by its friendly staff. The menu rivals any Costa or Starbucks but when you get a white hot chocolate, they use REAL chocolate and just that is enough to tempt anyone through the door. Don't squeeze into Nero, visit this incredible café. You won't go anywhere else in this town for...
