I don't even know where to start. Our Mother's Day meal was hurrendous. 5 adults and 1 child went to your reateraunt yesterday and there was only the child Meal that didn't have something wrong with it. 3 mixed grills ordered, two with mash and one with chips, two was sent out with chips on and when complained the staff was not happy. The food was brought back out with horrible dried mash that tasted vile and still loads of chips underneath. Every single piece of meat was freezing cold and the chicken was dry on the outside and slimy on the inside. And that was on all 3!! The other two adult meals were quadzilla burgers, asked for plain with just cheese and bacon, they were sent out with sauce all over them. They was also sent back as both the lads who ordered them didn't like the sauce (that's the reason they was asked for plain) and then we had to wait 35 minutes for them to bring it back out. Which I thought they would be cooking a new meal but no they just cleaned the sauce off and swapped the top burger bun!! Deserts, 4 people had apple pie and custard however it wasn't all eaten as it was still frozen in the middle. There was also an adults icecream which was asked for with no chocolate ice cream, no chocolate sauce and no cream but again that was ignored and was brought to us with all of those there! After spending over £100 in total for the meal I can honestly say I will never ever go back there again. Every single person has been so ill after eating that food.

I am very...

This has to be the worst Wetherspoons I have ever been to. We were a party of 10 with 3 young children. We ordered as 3 separate parties. I ordered first for myself 3 children and my husband. Two kids meals came first without any cutlery, the waiter said he would return with said knives and forks, but didn't. The two adult meals arrived again without cutlery, we were told it would be straight over with the last child's meal. Ten minutes later still no meal or cutlery I went to the bar to be passed 2 child's forks in one napkin, still none for us. My husband then went to the bar and returned with the cutlery but still no third child's meal. By this time our meals were cold. The last of our party to order had already got their meals yet we were still waiting, by the time the last child's meal arrived it was inedible as it had been sat under a hot food warmer for so long that the chicken nuggets were burnt and like stones. Most of our food was left uneaten as it was cold. The rest of our party got there food together but it was not very warm and the peas were not far off still being frozen. The service and food is awful wont be going again, had to go home and start cooking. Wetherspoons are usually fine but this place give it a miss. Didn't want to give any stars but you can't review without doing so, wish I had read the reviews before going there as most seem to be of the...

We came here last night and there were 10 tables that hadn't been cleared, piled high with empty plates, glasses and napkins. I asked at the bar if someone could be sent to clear a table so we could sit and order food only to be told by the person behind the counter (blonde girl with glasses) that they're too busy. I cleared a table off myself - well I put the empty plates on another already full table - and sat down and ordered.

Meanwhile, whilst there were tables full of empty glasses and plates all around, one staff member decided that the coffee machine is the most important job to complete and wiped that down. To be perfectly honest it just seemed like she was trying to look busy without actually having to do any work.

A short time later someone else asked staff to clear the tables and I overheard staff talking about her - making remarks about her saying that the customer thinks the bad service she was receiving was because of the colour of her skin and one staff member said she's gonna punch the customer in the head.

The service was disgusting. The cleanliness of the place was disgusting. The attitude of staff was disgusting. You know you're gonna be busy 6pm on a Saturday evening, so plan accordingly and get the right staff in to make the place run smoothly instead of passing it all off as "we are busy" so can't clear a table...

Came here today with the kids it's not a bad place to fair my only gripe was the coffee machines. My son wanted a decaff mocha. Not one of the 4 machines were topped up with beans or powder. I did ask a member of staff and coffee was topped up but nothing else. Not a bad place if you want a Cold drink.. so here's an update 15/7/23 So I do drink here at least once a week and no major issues. However there seems to be some sort of cueing system obviously, if you stand outside of the cue you won't be severed. I didn't mention this to the staff to be told no cueing system was in place. Me being me said so why didn't I get severd. Anyway not sure if they were having a bad day but slight rude attitude but can't complain cos I gave one back

What a nightmare, this is the worst service I have received in a long while, ordered and paid via the phone app which was great, sat and waited for our food, waited some more , ask the waitress about our order, waited again, 90 minutes later and we had to ask again, apparently our order got misplaced? Had to go and move the car as we only had two hour’s parking , finally the food arrived and was very underwhelming, lukewarm. Could have got a better curry from Aldi at a third of the cost. After all that the food order came wrong.

I ordered the traditional breakfast with extra hash brown and hot drinks. The bacon was well cooked, but so was the egg. The baked beans were cold, the rest of the breakfast was fine. I complained about the cold beans, and 5 minutes later was given another portion. These beans were lukewarm. Could do better.
