visited 15th of feb 2020 For Valentine meal out with one other couple. arrived 18.40pm We had book our table via Facebook as there were no one answering the telephone. As we got there we said we had booked a table for 4 and the guy went are you sure? I said yes, through facebook...and his replied was " are you sure you didn't book for the restaurant next door".........(because there's 2 thai restaurant next to each other which were pretty busy) That should've been my first hint........ But They has given us a table anyway a there were only 1 other table in there..... we sat down, got our menu, took our drinks order we ordered 3x coke and 1x thai fusion cocktails and 1x glass of water.... took about 2-3 mins for the cokes and water but i did not gt my cocktails untill the starter arrived!!!!!!???? when it came to food orders! it was about 15 mins again for them to come and take our orders! anyway! we got a starter each and mains this was about 19.00 we receive our starter at 19:45!!!!!!!!! ( i mean at this point the other table was wayyy gone!!! they must of gone about 10-20 mins of us sitting down) although I must say the starter was nice! nothing to complain about that! we finished our starter pretty quickly about 10-15 mins of it being served, WE WERE STARVING!!!. took them about 20 mins to clear the starter!! this was about 20:20! after the starter was out we thought oh the main shouldn't be long! cos we were ready to EAT! but noooooooooooo at 21:20! an HOUR!!!!! we just received our mains!!!! I MEANNNNN an HOUR!!! there were nooooo other table!!!!!! I even has to ask where our main was!!!! at this point our starter has settled down! and we weren't that hungry anymore! my boyfriend was about to literally walk out! the was was NOT GOOD! unless you like meat stir fried in syrup...... and egg fried rice candy........pad thai with a whole bag of sugar palm.........

Disclosure, I am thai! I understand every step of thai cooking, seasoning and ingredients! I was a chef in a thai restaurant in liverpool.... I went in with an open mind, I just wanted to show my friends to thai food! but we were so disappointed with the outcome...... we did eat most of our food......it was edible....but the service and waiting time was absolute unexceptable. Would not recommend it to anyone unless you have a sweet tooth and don't mind wasting the...

Worst takeaway experience I've ever had, really you couldn't script it

Food was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes

The lady in charge was very short tempered and unprofessional with her staff (and it appeared she was the one making constant mistakes), a younger lady in there kept saying 'the customers can hear you' as the door intermittently opened and closed

After waiting more than an extra hour for my food to arrive (as it was given to me) I was advised two dishes were unavailable, they offered to give me a beer which considering I was driving (and on a very empty stomach) I politely refused

Until now I had been very friendly and patient, in return it struck me as fair and reasonable that they offered me a full refund (without my prompting) which was advised would be administered through Justeat (still not refunded)

To top this, I got home, half of the food was cold and half was all over my car seat because 2 tubs hadn't been sealed properly! Still no refund received, I'm absolutely fuming

The food which was present and edible tasted nice but that is completely irrelevant when (in my humble opinion) this is a poorly run organisation incapable of providing an acceptable...

Absolutely shocking service, ordered the food and was told it would be 50 minutes for delivery, 10 minutes after this time had elapsed we rang and were told, it would be another 25 minutes. The reason because their restaurant was busy so they could not cook the food but it was on and would be with us. After another 30 minutes the food was still not here, rang them again and it was the same excuse which was flimsy at best the first time round, at this point it had been 1 hour 30 mins since we ordered, again waiting another half about for the exact same excuse and eventually 3 hours after ordering the food arrived!! Well some of it did, it arrived missing part of our order and the starter player which cost £13 was a bit of broccoli with the tiniest amount of batter on it. So once again we rang to complain about this and again the same excise was made followed by a proclamation that they never have bad reviews but a couple of minutes checking shows that they actually do. To say the service was poor is an understatement, absolutely shocker from start to finish if it’s going to take you 3 hours to get food to someone you should at least make sure that it’s correct and do not try to argue and lie to...
