Al karims — Restaurant in Stafford

Garbage.. Food arrived approximately 40 minutes late. Delivery driver initially rang me from completely the wrong address on the opposite side of the estate asking where I was, when I explained he was in the wrong place he then promptly told me that he would have another delivery to do on the way down to me!! As expected, when my food arrived, it was pretty much cold and required microwaving to get it to a edible temperature. After all that, the food itself was okay at best, definitely had better To cap it all he rang me and expected me to go out to the car park to collect it from him as he clearly couldn’t be bothered to bring it to my front door!

Ali’s is about 20% more expensive these days, but after tonight’s experiment, I shall be going back there next time...

Al Karims has always been Stafford, even more so, Staffordshire's best kebab & pizza house for dine-in, takeout and takeaway. There's quite a few personalised dishes (including the one in the image below) which I've ordered quite frequently to suit what I require. Pizzas are freshly made in front of you (if you're at the counter of course). Prices have risen, yet still more than fair to what they could of been put up to. Even at peak times over the weekend, orders are sent out quickly, and professionally to the customer. Lastly, I, personally, couldn't find any faults from any of my visits in person there as the staff...

Used to order from here all the time, was always happy for what I was paying. Now I wouldn’t even give the food to a dog even if it was starving, food is literally inedible, no care whatsoever gone into the meal, if you ordered sauces then they will be everywhere by the time you arrive. Only decent thing is they deliver quick but what is the point in that if the food is awful!!!! REQUESTING RECENT FOOD HYGIENE REDO!!!!

This place either needs to step their game up or shut down. Wasting space in this town where a new decent takeaway could open.
