Domino's Pizza - Stafford — Restaurant in Stafford

Took an hour to deliver my order despite being after midnight and me living less than a 10 minute drive from the store. I could have walked to the store collected the pizza and walked home in less time than it took to deliver.

Ordered on the app which told me it had been delivered even though it hadn't. Had to call the store 3 times to which no one apologised for the insane amount of time it took to deliver and was just told I'd have to wait for it.

Food arrived barely even warm. My order came to just short of £25 which is a massive waste of money for the terrible customer service, slow delivery and almost cold pizza that I got.

For the same price I could have gotten a taxi to Pizza Express had a nice Italian style pizza with a glass of wine.

I travel a lot and have ordered from quite a lot of Domino's stores around the country and have always received 5* Customer Service. But the service last night from this store was horrendous.

I wouldn't recommend the store to anyone and I seriously regret ordering from here.

Also if you're reading this and think I'm one of these negative people then just look at my hundreds of Google reviews I very rarely have to leave a bad review somewhere.

Even this store I had given a 5 star review to before having to edit it today.

If you like cold pizza, bad customer service and wasting money then order here. If not then any other takeaway in Stafford will give you better service.

Food is very hit and miss one of the main issues I usually have is we sometimes get given the wrong dip, we brought 3 plant based items each supposed to come with a PB dip and two were given with the normal dips I noticed one and asked for them to change it the other I unfortunately didn’t notice one of them. I asked for an extra PB dip cause that’s what I paid for but was left with two normal ones when I was meant to have 4 plant based dips but had 3 and two normal ones . If I’m getting PB items I think it’s very straightforward that I’d get PB dip.

They also sometimes forget certain toppings we asked for an American hot and they forgot the jalapeños.

Most times the pizzas are amazing so it’s disappointing when they mess up on things and the pizzas are a little dry and cold. And of course paying for extra dip and them getting it wrong is annoying.

We called and told them about the pizza that missed the topping that makes it a ‘hot’ pizza and they’ve given a refund for the topping. I also asked for extra cheese on the margarita and it doesn’t look as if they put it on and it has barely any tomatoes on it. They said we’d have to give them the pizza back in order to get a new one I think that’s a way to put people off getting a new one made and them having to give away free ingredients seems a little silly to me I think it’s common courtesy to just make a new meal if its made wrong it’s not like they can sell a pizza that gets given back to...

Hello Pizza lovers. This outlet takes the whole meaning out of Fast food!!!! Not having ever wrote a review before i needed to after this experience with Dominos in Stafford. Having entered the establishment with my partner at 18 25pm on the 12/9/14 we placed an order for 2 large pizzas and a side order. We were informed the order would be ready for collection within 20 minutes so we waited outside. After the 20 minutes passed we went into collect our order. Staff pretty busy and others waiting for their orders which where ready but not being handed over to them who also now complained!! The young lady Kirsty went to fetch our order only to find it had been delivered to another customer by a driver. We were then informed they would cook us another pizza Not replace the whole order which we had now waited over 30 minutes then wait another 15 to 20 minutes for a stale cooked pizza + side and a New fresh pizza. To sum up. Abysmal service!, staff not communicating with each other properly, No oligopolies offered just an offer to cook us a fresh pizza and have the stale 1 + the side order. I'm glad i don't employ any of these...
