Ordered a pizza at 11.30 last night 29th July 2019. Ordered ham and pineapple and a meatball feast pizza.

They messed up the ham and pineapple and gave me ham and mushroom not realising I eat a piece of the pizza being badly allergic to mushroom. I have suffered a bad reaction where my tongue is that swollen I can't talk!!

My partner been at work all day and the only time he could call was 6ish tonight on the 30th July 2019 as the employee told us they where shutting at 12 due to us wanting to order another pizza while ours was cooking. They told us no so we left for home.

After calling tonight he was told one he's lying about the pizza. To it wasn't them who served him 3 he ain't having a pizza or his money back for the pizza.

I used to order pizza from these people on a regular basis. I shall never ever use this company again..

I'm literally contemplating opening a law suit against them as this could of killed me!!!

Being all well and done could of been an accident but for them to be so god damn round and say we don't need you as a customer and to check Google for the open times! What If we didn't have Internet!

This shop needs to sort it's priorities out and bloody get new employees or go on a customer service course...

Lady on the phone was lovely and confirmed our order price before sending the pizza out for delivery. Came within 15 minutes which we were happy about as we were told it could be over half an hour. Delivery guy though? Not great. Gave him £20, said he was going back to the car to get change and then made off with the change. Called straight away and lady on the phone told him to go back to our house and give us the change - he came to our house and continued to shout at me and my partner (I’ll admit I’ve not eaten today and do shout back). My partner went straight to the store and spoke to the lovely lady who was on the phone again and she got it sorted straight away. Massive props to the manager who offered us a refund and a new pizza as it had gone cold (we didn’t accept as it wasn’t their fault but lovely to know that the option was there). We’ve asked for the delivery driver to not be allowed to deliver to our address again because of how rude he was (I did ask him for his name but he completely refused to give it to me). Never have I witnessed such poor service and a poor tasting pizza, was terrible waste of money and I will never eat at Gogo again. The Pizza I was handed over was incorrect, they said, no its the correct pizza but we forgot to tell you the chilli was put on the other pizza by mistake, they then proceeded to continue to say the pizza is correct they are both correct, im like mine isnt... they argued it was and said your chilli is on the other pizza, took me 5 mins to express my concern and thier willingness to dismiss it. I eventually had an agreement to swap out pizza which was then delivered hot and speedly but it was disgusting tastings cardboard, with hardly and sauce or cheese on the pizza. real bad quality tasting food and service. + point - chicken wings were really good....
