🌟REVIEW TIME - CHANDNI COTTAGE 🌟

Just had the most deliciouuussss meal at Chandni Cottage 🤩✨ From the second we walked in, the vibes were amazing – warm welcome, super friendly staff, and such a cosy atmosphere ❤️

We kicked things off with a mixed starter for one (which was plenty to share!) and some seriously tasty tikka paneer – so full of flavour and beautifully presented (that tomato rose garnish though 🌹😍).

For mains, we went all in – Lamb Korma Zest, a classic Chicken Tikka Masala, with sides of homemade chunky chips, peshwari naan and fluffy pilau rice Every bite was spot on – creamy, rich, flavour-packed curries, soft and fluffy naan with that perfect sweetness, and the chips were next level crispy and golden 🍛🔥🍟🤭🤤

And even though we didn’t snap a pic (too busy enjoying!), the Indian sweets and ice cream for dessert were the perfect way to finish off the meal 🍨✨ – honestly, out of this world. Gulab Jamun is my FAVOURITEEEEEE!!!!

From start to finish, everything was a solid 10/10 – service, food, drinks, and presentation. Can’t wait to go back...

Absolutely fantastic service and food. We booked a table for 6 people to celebrate our daughters birthday, the place was very clean, peaceful,welcoming and well presented, the staff were fantastic throughout our meal and whatever orders we made either food or drink they were straight on it! The food was to die for, great food choice on the menu, they catered for all our needs (we had a no spice fan in our group 😂) portions were great and we definitely ordered too much but we were kindly asked if we'd like to take it home with us 😁 After our meal we felt comfortable and we never felt like we were rushed out of the restaurant. We sat there finished our drinks and the staff brought over our birthday cake and happily joined in with the sing song. After today's visit we will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will happily return in the near future. Thanks...

Ordered a takeaway here, extremely disappointed. Everything we ordered was vile, food didn't taste or seem fresh. Poppadoms just cracked into small pieces when picked up, chips didnt seem home made and extremely greasy, nann breads just awful and unedible (they went straight in the bin), Rice was only just edible, extremely greasy and didnt seem like fresh ingredients, onion bhaji seemed like it was just brought off the self, rather bland, didnt taste fresh, over cooked and came with a side salad of a raw chopped onion. Can't comment on the curry as we didnt have one, glad we didnt based on the state of the other food. Feeling unwell after eating it, most of the food went in the bin in the end, worst Indian and takeaway food in general I've ever had, will never return. Avoid...
